1 Im Fertigteilwerk In the precast plant
Das Treppenpodest wird mit Konsolen mit den Innenmaßen der HBB Box (h × b × t, siehe Tabelle) hergestellt. Mehrere Ausführungen sind möglich:
1.1 mit HBB Tragelement, oder
1.2 mit HBB Bewehrungskorb.
Anschließend ist die Bewehrung des Treppenpodestes gem. Bewehrungsplan unter Beachtung der Typenprüfung zu verlegen.
The landing is manufactured with corbels with the inside dimensions of the HBB Box (h × b × t, see table). Several methods are possible:
1.1 using the HBB corbel element, or
1.2 using the HBB reinforcement cage.
Subsequently the reinforcement of the landing is placed in acc. to the engineers specification and in conformity with the Type Test Report.

2 Auf der Baustelle On the construction site
2.1 HALFEN bi-Trapez-Boxen® auf die Konsolen schieben.
2.2 Schalldämmplatten HTPL - soweit erforderlich - umlaufend in alle Fugen einbauen und Stöße zwischen den HTPL Platten mit Klebeband abkleben.
2.3 Das mit den HALFEN bi-Trapez-Boxen® bestückte Fertigteil an der vorgesehenen Position . .
2.4 auf die vorbereiteten Mörtelbetten (mind. MG IIa, Dicke ≥ 1,5 cm) auflagern.
2.1 Slide the HALFEN bi-Trapez-Boxes® over the corbels.
2.2 Install sound insulation panels type HTPL in all joints between the surrounding walls and the stairs and landings; butt joints between the HTPL
panels must be sealed with tape.
2.3 Position the precast landing, equipped with the HALFEN bi-Trapez-Boxes® as specified and . .
2.4 set it on mortar beds, grade ≥ MG IIa DIN 1053 table A, ≥ 1,5 cm thick.

3.1, 3.2 Die HALFEN bi-Trapez-Box® wird mit eingelegtem Polystyrolblock in der Wand positioniert und ummauert. Der eingelegte Pappstreifen
schützt hierbei die Profilierung im Boxenboden vor Verschmutzung; der Polystyrolkörper garantiert beim Ummauern die Formhaltigkeit der
Box. Nach Aushärten des Mörtels kann der Polystyrolblock entfernt werden.
3.1, 3.2 The HALFEN bi-Trapez-Box® mounted with the polystyrene block is set at the specified position into the masonry, which is then completed around the box. The inserted cardboard strip protects the profile pattern in the bottom of the box against ingress of dirt; the box is
kept in proper shape by the Polystyrene block. After the mortar is hardened the Polystyrene block can be removed.

4 Einbau in Stahlbetondecke oder -wand Installation into reinforced concrete slab or wall
4.1 Den Polystyrolblock an der vorgesehenen Stelle mit den Spezialnägeln an der Schalung befestigen. Die Unterkante des Polystyrolblocks
muss genau in Höhe der Unterkante des Betonpodestes liegen. Die HALFEN bi-Trapez-Box® wird mit eingelegten bi-Trapezlagern ® und
Schutzstreifen auf den Polystyrolblock aufgeschoben. Anschließend kann betoniert werden.
4.1 The Polystyrene block is attached to the formwork using the fixing nails . The bottom edge of the polystyrene block must be exactly at
the same level as the bottom edge of the landing. Then slide the HALFEN bi-Trapez-Box®, mounted with bi-Trapez Bearing ® and the
protective strip , on the polystyrene block. After that, the slab or wall can be concreted.

5.1 Set up the formwork for the landing . Remove the polystyrene block and the polystyrene inlay from the cast-in HALFEN bi-Trapez-Box®. The bi-Trapez Bearings® must
be applied appropriately. Install sound insulation panels HTPL in the joints between
landing and load bearing wall consistently (accordingly as shown in 2.2 and 2.4 overleaf).
Place the HBB corbel in the HBB Box. Alternativly to the HBB corbel also the HBB reinforcement cage can be applied. Lay in the complete reinforcement of the structure (by
contractor). Then the landing can be concreted.

5 Einbau Treppenpodest (Ortbeton) Installation of the landing (in-situ concrete)
5.1 Podestschalung errichten . Polystyrolblock und Polystyrol-Einlage aus der einbetonierten HALFEN bi-Trapez-Box® entfernen. Die bi-Trapezlager® müssen ordnungsgemäß
eingelegt sein. In die Fugen zwischen Podest und tragender Wand lückenlos Schalldämmplatten HTPL (sinngemäß wie dargestellt in 2.2 und 2.4 umseitig) einbauen. HBB-Tragelement vollständig in die Box einschieben. Alternativ zum HBB-Tragelement kann auch der
HBB-Bewehrungskorb eingesetzt werden. Bauseitige Bewehrung entsprechend Bewehrungsplan verlegen. Anschließend kann betoniert werden.
