The system is based on the injector principle.
The compressed air takes up the flux through special adapted nozzles and
conducts it back to the flux hopper.
Joints between suction nozzle, suction hose and flux box must be air-tight for
high suction effect.
The air escapes through the filter bag and avoids dust formation.
Suction nozzles are placed approximately 200 mm behind the welding nozzle.
The upper part with filter bag easily can be disconnected from the flux hopper
through fix-fasteners.
