Bitte beachten Sie, dass Kunststoffe und Aluminiumprofile trotz Verpackung auf Paletten
eine Durchbiegung aufweisen. Maximal dürfen Paletten bis 5,0 m mit einem Frontstapler
entladen werden. Je nach Länge der Palette ist ggf. eine Gabelverbreiterung zu nutzen.
Paletten > 5,0 m sind grundsätzlich mit einem Vierwegestapler zu be- und entladen. Entsprechend der Palettenlänge sind ggf. mehrere Stapler erforderlich.

Depending on the length of the pallet a fork widening has to be used. Pallets of
> 5,0 m generally need to be loaded and unloaded with a multidirectional forklift.
Depending to the pallet length several forklifts must be used.

Kranentladungen sind grundsätzlich anzumelden, um den Transport mit geeigneten Fahrzeugen vornehmen zu können. Fahrzeuge mit einem Kran werden grundsätzlich nicht gestellt. Ein Kran ist vor Ort vorzuhalten. Bei der Kranentladung ist auf entsprechende Sicherungsmaßnahmen zu achten. Paletten > 5,0 m Länge sind grundsätzlich mit geeigneten
Traversen zu entladen. Die Verantwortlichkeit für die Kranentladung und der damit verbunden Entladesicherung liegt in der Verantwortlichkeit des Kranführers.
Crane unloading must be announced early in advance, so that the transport can be organized with appropriate vehicles. In principal trucks with truck crane cannot be provided. A
crane needs to be organized at site. For a crane unloading the appropriate locking measures have to be respected. Pallets with more than 5,0 m lengths always need to be unloaded
with appropriate cross beams. The responsibility for the crane unloading and the correspondent unload safety measurements bares the responsible crane operator.
Grundsätzlich sind Paletten trocken, nicht in Folie verpackt und staubfrei zu lagern.
Bitte beachten Sie unbedingt, dass insbesondere bei Aluminium in pressblanker Ausführung Oxidationsfleckenbildung keinen Reklamationsgegenstand darstellen. Paletten sind
bei Anlieferung foliert, die Platten und Profile sind jedoch auf der Palette nicht einzeln eingepackt. Die Folie dient alleine dem Transportschutz. Sobald die Paletten geöffnet worden
sind und nicht umgehend alle Platten und Profile verbaut werden, sind vor Ort Sicherungsmaßnahmen zu treffen und eine ordnungsgemäße Lagerung muss sichergestellt werden.
Bei kurzfristiger Abdeckung mit Abdeckplane muss auf ausreichende Luftdurchlässigkeit
geachtet werden.
Bei Bestellungen für Handabladung, erfolgt die Verladung ohne Paletten. Die Platten und
Profile sind in Einzelpackstücken in Folie umwickelt oder Schlauchfolie eingepackt. Die Folienumwicklung bzw. die Schlauchfolie dient nur dem Transportschutz. Grundsätzlich sind
die einzelnen Packstücke, wie auch die Paletten, trocken und staubfrei zu lagern. Eine
entsprechende Anzahl von Entladehelfern ist bei Anlieferung zur Handabladung sicherzustellen. Die Fahrer sind nicht zur Entladung bzw. zur Mithilfe bei der Entladung verpflichtet.
Nichtbeachtung der Lagerhinweise führen zu Materialschäden und optischen Mängeln an
den Baustoffen!
In general pallets must be stocked unpacked from foil, dry and dust free. Please strictly
consider that especially mill finish aluminium with oxidative staining is not accepted as reclamation reason. Pallets are packed in film but sheets/panels and profiles are not singularily packed. The film serves as transport protection only. As soon as the pallets have been
opened and not all panels/sheets and profiles have been installed, safety measurements at
site have to be taken and a proper stocking must be ensured immediately. For temporarily
covering with tarpaulin sufficient air permeability must be ensured.
With orders for hand loading the loading is carried out without pallets. The sheets/panels
and profiles are singularly packed in film or tube foil. The film respectively the tube foil packaging serves as transport protection only. Generally the single packing pieces – as well as
pallets – need to be stored in a dry and dust free place. For the delivery a number of helpers
for the hand unloading must be ensured on site. The drivers are not obliged to unload or to
help at the unloading process.
Non observance of the stocking regulations can lead to material damages and optical defects of the construction material!
