Located in one of the most beautiful settings of Cap Ferrat, this luxury rental villa is
one of the finest estates in the most scenic and glamorous part of French Riviera. With
its spectacular hilltop setting and striking contemporary architecture, this secluded
oasis of tranquillity and privacy truly is the perfect luxury retreat for your closest friends
and family or even for a corporate event. Nice airport is 18km from the villa and the
centre of town only 2km.
All the different levels of the property can be accessed by a funicular on the exterior
and lifts on the interior. The stunning and unique building combines ultracontemporary, modernist living spaces. At each turn, a new and more breath-taking
bay view emerges. The villa features a spa, hammam, sauna, indoor pool, massage
room and a gym area fully equipped. On the on the highest level is a large living room
and dining room offering 180° sea views and a fully equipped and modern design
guest's kitchen connected by a lift to a professional kitchen a floor lower. A wine cellar
features some of the finest wines in the area; the property has reverse cycle airconditioning/heating throughout, a fully integrated security system and a back-up
generator.
Each of the seven individually designed guest bedrooms offers a separate enclave,
complete with bathroom and private terrace. All the bedrooms are en suite with terrace
access, air conditioning and integrated audio/visual systems. The master suite has a
walk-in dressing room and two bathrooms.
Multiple outdoor dining areas with landscaped gardens spread over extensive terraced
areas. The villa boasts a beautiful swimming pool offering privacy with stunning
panoramic sea views. Fitted with a mobile base the swimming pool can be adapted
for children become shallow, or the base can lift to form one complete terrace to cater
