Requirement:
1. Fill two forms from both sides. (Bitte zwei Formulare ausfüllen).
2. Send visa fee 40,--DM for German National per person through bank transfer. (British
national 135,-- DM Single entry 155,-- DM double entry 210,--DM multiple entry). Nationals
holding other German nationality should submit copy of their german Resident Permit.
3. Two passport size photographs (2 Passbilder).
4. Your passport (Reisepass) and on self-addressed envelope for 8,-- DM.
5. Chash payment/checks will not be accepted. Account No. 2667897 BLZ 10040000 Commerz
Bank Berlin Attach receipt of Bank transfer duly stamped by Bank.
6. Office hours of Consular Section for applying for Visa are from 9:00 hours to 12:00 hours
from Monday to Thursday.
7. Pakistan nationals who acquired German citizenship.
a) Visa exemption fee 10,-- DM for each.
b) Copies of renunciation certificate-or-copies of Pakistani expired passport.
8. Persons residing in Hessen, Rheinland Pfalz, Saarland, Thüringen, Baden Württemberg,
Bayern, Nordrhein Westfalen, should apply Visa to our Consulate General in Franfurt am
