You have received an admission from your desired university, got the nod for your dream training
programme or you are going to Hamburg for a six-month internship? It’s time to find a place to stay that
meets your needs. The STUART Student Apartments offer you a „good place to start“. Centrally and excellently
located in the trendy district of Hamburg-Ottensen, we provide 215 apartments filled with natural light and
modern furnishings at the highest level. An ideal base for your succesful future.

Wo wohne ich?
Mitten im Szeneviertel Hamburg-Ottensen befinden sich die 215 hellen und stylischen Studenten­
apartments in einem historischen Gebäude mit klassischer Backsteinfassade. Das Gebäude wurde 2014
komplett saniert, wobei der denkmalgeschützte Kern erhalten blieb.
Where do I live ?
Centrally located in the trendy district of Hamburg-Ottensen, the 215 light and stylish student apartments
are in a historical building with classical brick front. The building was fully renovated in 2014 while preserving
the heritage-protected core.

Lage: Die STUART Student Apartments liegen im Herzen der Hansestadt, in Hamburg-Ottensen,
Am Felde 58.
Anbindung: Bahnhof, (Nacht-) Busse, Leihfahrräder (StadtRad) und Carsharing
befinden sich in direkter Umgebung. Schnell am Ziel: In wenigen Minuten gelangst du in die Uni,
in den Stadtpark oder zum Shoppen

Wie wohne ich?
Die Apartments sind zwischen ca. 15 bis ca. 50 Quadratmeter groß und bieten dir genügend Platz.
Du musst dich nicht um Strom-, Wasser- oder Internetanbieter kümmern, denn das ist durch deine
ALL INCLUSIVE-Miete abgedeckt! Drei unserer Apartment-Typen kannst du auch ohne Pantry anmieten
und dafür die Gemeinschaftsküche im 6. OG nutzen – mit allem was das „Koch-Herz“ begehrt. Möchtest
du mit einer Freundin oder einem Freund zusammen ziehen? Kein Problem! Nach Absprache mit uns,
machen wir dir auch dies möglich.
How do I live?
The sizes of the apartments are between approx. 15 and approx. 50 square metres offering you plenty
of space. You don’t have to deal with electricity, water or internet providers because this is all covered by your
ALL INCLUSIVE rent! Three of our apartments are rentable without kitchenette and therefore you can use the
exclusive communal kitchen on the 6th floor where you will find everything which a hobby cook’s heart desires.
You would like to move in with a friend? No problem. Upon agreement with us we will also make this wish
come true.

Die Apartments „Diek“, „Alsterarkaden“ und „Colonnaden“ bieten dir Platz zwischen ca. 15 bis
ca. 20 Quadratmetern. Alle drei Apartmenttypen können auch ohne Pantry angemietet werden.
Dafür steht den Mietern ohne Pantry exklusiv eine vollausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche im 6. OG
zur Verfügung.

The apartments „Diek“, „Alsterarkaden“ and „Colonnaden“ provide space between approx. 15 and 20 square
metres. All three apartment types are rentable without kitchenette. For tenants without kitchenette, there is an
exclusive fully equipped kitchen available on 6th floor.

Wie wohne ich?
Unsere großen Apartments „Brook“, „Elbstrand“ und „Fleetenkieker“ sind mit ihren Wohnflächen
zwischen ca. 26 und ca. 50 Quadratmetern besonders geräumig und bieten dir extra viel Raum für
die individuelle Gestaltung deines Apartments. Nach Rücksprache mit dem STUART Management
können diese drei Apartments auch zu zweit angemietet werden.

How do I live?
Our big apartments “Brook“, “Elbstrand“ and “Fleetenkieker“ are especially spacious with their living space
between approx. 26 and approx. 50 square metres which means you will have more room for an individual
design of your apartment. These three apartment types are rentable for two people after consultation with
the STUART Management.

Wie viel kostet mein Apartment?
Die Apartmentmieten sind ALL INCLUSIVE: Sämtliche Nebenkosten z. B. für Strom, Wasser, Heizung,
Highspeed Internet und die Reinigung der Gemeinschaftsflächen sind hiermit abgedeckt. Natürlich
brauchst du weder Bearbeitungs- noch Vermittlungsgebühren zahlen! Bevor du einziehst, wird lediglich
eine Kaution in Höhe von zwei Monatsmieten und beim Auszug eine Endreinigungspauschale von
150,00 Euro fällig.
How much do I have to pay for my apartment?
The rent is ALL INCLUSIVE: All utilities such as electricity, water, heating, highspeed Internet, cleaning of
communal areas are hereby covered. Of course you don’t have to pay for any handling or commission fees!
Before you move in you just have to pay the deposit equivalent to approx. two months rent. When you move
out a fixed rate (150,00 Euro) will be charged for final cleaning.

Holding AG’s credit record, aka ‘’Schufa-Auskunft’’, Certificate of enrolment
or trainee certificate (admission of the university for first year students
sufficient as well), Confirmation of civil liability insurance, Proof of income from
