Unser Universalvlies für eine breite Palette von

Our universal fleece for a wide area of
applications.
Dieses Vlies ist leicht zu konfektionieren (Schneiden,
Fräsen, Prägen) und in Dicken von 7 - 18 mm lieferbar.
The fleece is easy to process (cutting, milling,
embossing) and is available in thicknesses from 7 18 mm.
Compared to acoustic foams the surface of our fleeces
is less pressure-sensitive, easy to print on and it can be
finished in many ways.

· geringes Gewicht (1.000 gr./m2)
· schwer entflammbar gemäß DIN 4102 (B1), EN13501
· 100% Polyester, recycelbar

Akustikschäumen druckunempfindlich, direkt bedruckbar und kann auf vielfältige Weise oberflächenbehandelt werden.

Weiche Akustikvliese für besondere Anforderungen. Wir bieten weiche und flexible Akustikvliese
in verschiedenen Dicken und Abmessungen. Alleine
oder auch in Verbindung mit anderen Vliesen oder anderen Materialien erreichen unsere Akustikvliese hervorragende Absorptionswerte.
Bei unebenen Oberflächen passt sich das weiche Vlies
ideal an und ist somit auch zum Auskleiden von Hohlräumen geeignet.
Die wichtigsten Eigenschaften auf einen Blick:

Soft acoustic fleeces for special requirements.
We offer soft and flexible acoustic fleeces in various
thicknesses and dimensions. As a single layer or in
combination with other non-wovens or other materials
we achieve an excellent absorption.
Uneven surfaces are leveled-out by the soft fleece and
therefore it is also applicable in hollow areas.

Specific problems require specific (fleece) solutions.
Für spezielle Anforderungen haben wir spezielle Vliese
entwickelt, die besondere Eigenschaften bieten.
For special requirements we have developed certain
fleeces which have special properties.
Zum Beispiel produzieren wir Vliese mit einem progressiven Aufbau, die die Vorteile eines mehrlagigen Vliesaufbaus miteinander verbinden.
For example we produce fleeces with a progressive
construction which combine the advantages of a multilayer construction within one fleece.
Grundsätzlich sind alle unsere Akustikvliese auch aus
recycelten Fasern herstellbar. Die akustischen Eigenschaften sind identisch, die Schwerentflammbarkeit
kann jedoch nur über zusätzliche Ausrüstungen erreicht
werden.
Basically all our fleeces can be produced with recycled
fibres. The acoustic properties are identical but the
flame retardation must be safe-guarded by a special
finishing.
For upholstery we have a number of fleeces which are
used both in the automotive- as well as in the furnitutre-industry. These products can be also produced from
recycled or from virgin fibres.

Zusammen mit unseren Kunden entwickeln wir mehrschichtige Aufbauten mit wechselnden Strömungswiderständen, um die Absorptionseigenschaften auf Ihren
speziellen Anwendungsfall anzupassen.
Together with our customers we develop multiple-layer
constructions with changing air-flow so that the resulting absorption is ideal for the respective application.
Beispielsweise können Sie mit einer Kombination von
SilentColor und dem flexiblen Akustikvlies einen AAbsorber erhalten.

Ursprünglich wurden die ummantelten Garne als „Effektgarne“ für Webwaren im Automobilbereich entwickelt.
Durch die Verwendung von thermoplastischem Polyurethan (TPU) zeichnen sich unsere ummantelten Garne
durch hohe Licht- und Alterungsbeständigkeit sowie
durch ausgezeichnete Abriebbeständigkeit aus. Im Vergleich zu Monofilamenten bleibt der textile Charakter
erhalten.
By using thermoplastic Polyurethanes (TPU) our yarns
have an excellent lightfastness, ageing stability as well
as a very good rub fastness.
In comparison with using monofilaments the textile
character of the fabrics is preserved.
Besides the thermoplastic Polyurethane other materials
like PE, PP, TPE and PVC can be used, whatever suits
the application best.
