Montage / Anschluss
Sensor montieren (mögliche Halter
siehe Zubehör) und justieren.
Optik möglichst nicht nach oben
(Verschmutzung), Einbaulage sonst
beliebig. Auf Anzugsmoment, plane Anlagefläche, Bewegungsrichtung Objekt
achten, Muttern / Schrauben sichern.
Leitung anschließen (siehe Anschlussbild), auf max. Betriebsspannung,
bei Steckergerät zusätzlich auf max.
Anzugsmoment Kabeldose achten.
Assembly / Connection
Fix sensor (possible mountings: see
accessories) and adjust it.
Lens preferably not upwards (contamination), any other position is possible.
Pay attention to tightening torque, plane
installation surface, object moving direction; secure nuts / screws.
Connect cable (see wiring diagram),
pay attention to max. operating voltage,
for plug devices also to max. tightening
torque of line socket.

Einstellungen
Settings
A. Einstellung Tastweite
Werkseinstellung = Sn 500 mm (6 %)
Einsatzbedingungen (Entfernungen,
Remission Tastgut, etc.) prüfen.
A. Setting scanning distance
Factory setting = sn 500 mm (6 %)
Check operating conditions (distances,
remission of material being scanned,
etc.)
Objekt im Strahlengang positionieren.
Place object in beam path.
Einsteller nach links drehen
(Werkseinstellung = 500 mm auf 6 %),
bis Ausgang abschaltet (gelbe LED
aus).
Turn adjuster to the left (factory setting
= sn 500 mm (6 %), until output switches off (yellow LED off).
Anschließend Einsteller langsam
nach rechts drehen, bis Ausgang
schaltet und gelbe LED konstant
leuchtet:
Objekt wird nun sicher erkannt.
Then turn adjuster slowly to the right
until output switches and yellow LED
lights up permanently
Object is now reliably detected.
Bei Bedarf Tastabstand nachträglich
an Applikationsbedingungen
anpassen.
Einsteller nach rechts drehen
 Tastabstand wird erhöht.
Einsteller nach links drehen
 Tastabstand wird verringert.
If necessary, adapt scanning distance to
application conditions.
