and at the exhibition centre – that you can use before and during the trade fair:

* The lump-sum media fee includes the basic entry in the alphabetic list of exhibitors as well as one entry in the
product categories of all 4 trade fair media.

for information on exhibitors and their offers before,
during and after the trade fair.

With online or offline search, GoogleMaps connection and
interactive hall plan is intensively used by many visitors for
preparation. With your logo here you can easily catch potential
customers' attention.

The printed catalogue is the reference work for the
glasstec 2016 with an extensive list of exhibitors and
a list of product categories. This handy and informative
media enables you to reach a high number of readers.
KATI visitor information system
The KATI visitor information system offers visitors detailed
on-site information on all exhibitors and products at terminals
and information desks.
Visitors’ Visitors’ Guide
This DIN A4 hall plan (including supporting programme),

with a circulation of 50,000 copies, is available to
visitors free of charge at the information desks in the
exhibition centre. Placing an advertisement or a logo
in the Visitors’ Guide will enable you to reach many
potential customers and will facilitate visitors’
navigation to your stand.

Admission vouchers
Send pre-printed vouchers in paper form or include voucher codes
in your own digital or printed advertising media.
Your customers can then redeem the entrance vouchers in the
Ticket Shop, at www.glasstec.de/2130 and are given e-tickets
which provide them with direct access to the exhibition centre.
For your customers, e-tickets have the benefit that they entitle
each holder to free transport to and from the exhibition centre on
the day of the trade fair, using VRR local transport trains, trams and
buses within zone D (trains: standard class, limited to trains not
requiring supplementary payment).
This voucher may only be redeemed by registered and legitimate
trade visitors!
For yourself, it has the benefit that vouchers will only be billed
to you if they have actually been used for entry to the trade fair.
Please note: You will not be charged for vouchers that have been
redeemed but not used for entry.
