Hampshire, Hochschule Fulda Nährwertbezogene Angabe/ Nutrition claim • Fachbereich Oecotrophologie Jede Angabe, mit der erklärt, suggeriert oder mittelbar zum Ausdruck gebracht wird, dass ein Lebensmittel besondere Nährwerteigenschaften besitzt, und zwar aufgrund: der Energie, die es liefert, in verminderten bzw. erhöhtem Maße liefert oder nicht liefert, und/oder der Nährstoffe oder anderen Substanzen, die es enthält, in verminderter bzw. erhöhter Menge enthält oder nicht enthält. Seite 4 Wissenschaftlich gesicherte Nachweise Fachbereich Oecotrophologie Wirkungen von Lebensmitteln werden als wissenschaftlich hinreichend gesichert angesehen, wenn der Nachweis • den allgemein anerkannten wissenschaftlichen Standards für statistische und biologische Signifikanz entspricht • möglichst an mehreren Studien, jedenfalls aus Untersuchungen an Menschen, abgeleitet wurde • plausible ist hinsichtlich des Zusammenhangs zwischen der Intervention und den Ergebnissen • fachlich möglichst allgemein anerkannt ist • die Ergebnisse sollen wiederholbar und wissenschaftlich
