MEDIA ENTRIES IN THE
EXHIBITOR LISTS
The media fee, which is charged upon stand booking, guarantees our exhibitors an entry on the official exhibition
website and in the exhibition app. These mandatory media entries in the exhibitor, hall and product & service lists
include the following:
› Full entry (company name, address and contact data) in the alphabetic exhibitor list
› Brief entry (company name and address) in the alphabetic and numeric hall list
› Full entry in the main product group in the product & service list
› and any desired number of brief entries (company name and location) in the product & service list
The full media entry consists of company name, street, postcode/town, telephone number, fax number, website and
email address (max. of 5 print lines). The stand number will be added by the Organiser.
DATA ENTRY VIA THE ONLINE SERVICE CENTER (OSC)
You will receive your personal log-in data for the OSC after the stand allocation. You will have the following possibilities at the OSC:
› Editing and approval of your media entry
› Review of your company profile
› Insertion of your logo
› Addition of supplementary text
› Preview and checking of your entries

TRADE FAIR INNOVATIONS
We provide the trade press with editorial documents covering special
features and scope of the products and InterTabac/InterSupply contents.
Keep us therefore informed about your products, trade fair campaigns and
any innovations in the market. The Exhibitor News will also be published
in the exhibition app. This service is completely free of charge to you.
Send us your information and one or two photographs by email by no later
than 20 August 2016.
PRESS PIGEON HOLE IN THE MEDIA CENTRE
The use of a press pigeon hole in the Media Centre of the exhibition is free
of charge to you. Please note however that you should monitor and fill up
the press pigeon hole yourself.
PRESS CONFERENCE
Please inform us if you hold a press conference during the exhibition. All
media events will be listed by us and made available to the journalists. We
therefore need your details for an optimum coordination of the dates. The
exhibitors themselves are responsible for the organisation of the press conference and the invitation of the media.
