A rear safety cage is mandatory for ladders used for machinery for
heights of over 3000 mm in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14122-4
and for vertical ladders on buildings for heights of over 5000 mm in
accordance with DIN 14094-4 and DIN 18799-1.

Please note: For every 1960 mm of length, it is mandatory to secure the ladder to the wall on both sides. Selection available in Accessories in Section 2.

A fall arrester/safety cage is mandatory at heights of over 5000 mm when fitted to buildings and at heights of over 3000 mm when used for machinery.
