haben sie deshalb für ein Jahr nach England geschickt. Dort wohnt sie bei einer
Gastfamilie und besucht die örtliche Schule. Jetzt haben deine Eltern eine E-Mail
von der englischen Schule erhalten.

Nachdem du deinen Eltern die wichtigsten Informationen genannt hast, bitten sie dich, die
Schule in England anzurufen. Das sagen deine Eltern:
Was ist denn mit deiner Schwester los? Wir werden schnellstmöglich mit Lena über
diese Probleme sprechen. Das kann so nicht weitergehen. Wenn sie sich nicht ein
bisschen zusammenreißt, schafft sie das Jahr nicht.
Es ist aber komisch. Bis auf Englisch war sie eigentlich immer eine gute Schülerin.
Sie hat doch in ihrer alten Schule immer im Unterricht mitgemacht. Ihr Mathelehrer
hat sie letztes Schuljahr so gelobt! Auch an ihrer Schule hier in Deutschland gibt es
Regeln, an die sie sich halten muss – das ist doch nichts Neues. Handys müssen
dort im Unterricht auch ausgeschaltet werden.
Schon merkwürdig, dass sie uns von ihren Problemen an der englischen Schule
kaum etwas erzählt hat. Das einzige, was wir wissen, ist, dass es dort mit Mathe
nicht ganz so gut läuft. Der Mathelehrer ist angeblich sehr streng und deshalb hat
sie Angst, Fragen zu stellen.
Wir werden auch mit der Gastfamilie sprechen. Offensichtlich muss Lena zu Hause
einfach mehr für die Schule arbeiten. Hoffentlich wird das bald wieder besser!
