Dear Sir/ Madam,
German Industry and Commerce Vietnam is proud to make the announcement of the visit of
a German business delegation to Vietnam from 06 to 08 December 2009. The
representatives of the German companies will be presenting their purposes in individual
meetings to interested parties during the matchmaking day in Ho Chi Minh City (07
December 2009) to bring together German companies with their Vietnamese counterparts
to explore opportunities for business and mutually beneficial cooperation.
You are cordially invited to attend the business matchmaking meetings which will be held at
Rex Hotel. Please refer to the attached company profiles and registration form which we
kindly request you to complete and return to us no later than 27 November 2009. Please
indicate which companies you would like to meet. You will be contacted later by our office as
soon as the appointment schedule has been confirmed for each company.
