I pannelli autoportanti Brollo sono composti da due strati metallici, che contengono in maniera solidale uno strato isolante
di schiuma poliuretanica. Le caratteristiche di leggerezza, maneggevolezza, isolamento termico e facilità d’uso ne fanno un
elemento idoneo atto a soddisfare le più svariate esigenze edili
per la realizzazione di pareti e coperture, applicabili alle più
diverse strutture portanti.
Brollo self-supporting panels are made of two metal sheets bonded by
a polyurethane foam insulation layer. The characteristics of lightness,
easy handling, thermal insulation and easy use make this a suitable
element to meet the most widely diverse construction demands when
creating walls and roofs: it can be fitted to the most diverse load bearing
structures.
Die selbsttragenden Brollo-Bauelemente bestehen aus zwei Metallschichten, die fest mit einer inneren Dämmungsschicht aus PUSchaum verbunden sind. Eigenschaften wie Leichtigkeit, Handlichkeut,
Wärmeisolierung und einfacher Gebrauch machen sie zu einem für die
unterschiedlichsten Tragstruk-turen verwendbaren Element, das geeignet ist, alle Anforderungen zur Herstellung von Wänden und Abdeckungen zu erfüllen.
Les panneaux autoportants Brollo sont composés de deux parements en
tôle d’acier contenant un isolant en mousse polyuréthanne. Ce procédé,
destiné à la couverture et au bardage de bâtiments de type industriel
aux structures portantes les plus diverses, est caractérisé par sa légèreté,
son haut degré d’isolation thermique et sa facilité de mise en oeuvre.
Los paneles autoportantes Brollo están compuestos por dos chapas
metálicas unidas entre sí por un nucleo aislante de espuma de poliuretano. Las características de ligereza, manejabilidad, aislamiento térmico
y facilidad de utilización hacen de estos paneles un elemento idóneo
para satisfacer las más variadas exigencias en el sector de la construcción para la realización de paredes y cubiertas, aplicables a las distintas
estructuras portantes.

Normalmente eseguito con viti tipo BS 6.3 in corrispondenza delle nervature
principali per quanto riguarda i pannelli di parete, e cappellotto con guarnizione incorporata più rondella per i pannelli di copertura, e comunque in
maniera non difforme da quanto specificato dal progetto.
Il progettista in fase di esecuzione dovrà tenere in considerazione la direzione dei venti dominanti per determinare il senso di montaggio dei pannelli,
dovrà inoltre considerare altitudine, carichi e sovraccarichi per determinare
il numero dei fissaggi.
The wall panels are normally fixed using BS 6.3 type screws, through the main ribbing
whilst. For roofs panels a cap nuts with an incorporated gasket and a washer are employed, everything in compliance with the design specification. When performing the design
work, the designer must evaluate the direction of the local winds in order to determine the
panel mounting directions and should also consider altitude, loads and overloads when
calculating the number of fixing elements.
Normalerweise für die Wandelemente mit Schrauben vom Typ BS 6.3 in Höhe der Hauptrippen, und mit Schraubenmutter mit eingebauter Dichtung plus Unterlegscheibe für
die Dachelemente, in jedem Fall entsprechend der spezifischen Angaben des jeweiligen
Projektes. Der Planer muss in der Ausführungsphase zur Bestimmung der Montagerichtung der Bauelemente die vorherrschende Windrichtung berücksichtigen, außerdem
die Höhe, die Belastung, und die Anzahl der Befestigungen zu bestimmen.
Pour les panneaux bardage, utiliser des vis de type BS 6.3 à appliquer sur les nervures
principales, avec capuchon et rondelle d’étanchéité pour les panneaux toitures. Dans tous
les cas, se conformer à nos spécifications. L’architecte, en phase d’exécution, devra considérer la direction des vents dominants afin de déterminer le sens de montage des panneaux, et devra également tenir compte de l’altitude, des charges et surcharges éventuelles
pour calculer le nombre des fixations.
En caso de panel fachada, la fijación se realiza mediante tornillos tipo BS 6.3 en correspondencia con los nervios principales; y ancla con junta incorporada más arandela en
caso de panel cubierta. En cualquier caso la fijación no deberá realizarse nunca de forma
distinta a la indicada en el proyecto. Con el fin de determinar el sentido de montaje de
los paneles, durante la fase de ejecución el proyectista deberá estudiar la dirección de los
vientos dominantes; además tendrá que considerar la altitud, las cargas y las sobrecargas
para poder establecer el número de fijaciones.

Lievi ondulazioni in particolare con rivestimenti sottili ed in
particolare con rivestimenti in alluminio non sono considerate anomalie con scostamenti max di 3 mm su passi max di
1000 mm.
Slight undulations, in particular with thin coatings and aluminium coatings are not considered as anomalies with a maximum deviation of 3
mm on max. pitches of 1000 mm.
Leichte Welligkeit insbesondere bei Aluminium-verkleidungen werden
bei Abweichungen von max. 3 mm auf max Abständen von 1000 mm
nicht als Fehler betrachtet.
De légères ondulations, notamment avec des parements fins et en aluminium, ne sont pas considérées comme anomalies jusqu’à des écarts de

Vengono considerate nella norma leggere fuoriuscite di schiuma dai giunti ed eventuali lievi mancanze od irregolarità nella
posizione delle guarnizioni, sempre che ciò non pregiudichi la
funzionalità del pannello.
Slight leaking of foam from the joints and slight omissions or irregularities in the position of the gasket are considere acceptable, as long as the
functional character of the panel is not compromised.
Geringes Austreten von Schaum aus den Fugen und eventuelle leichte
Mängel oder Unregel-mäßigkeiten der Position der Dichtungen gelten
als im Rahmen der Norm, jedoch stets unter der Voraussetzung, dass
die Funktionsfähigkeit der Platte hiervon nicht beeinträchtigt wird.
De légères fuites de mousse aux joints ou d’éventuels légers défauts ou
irrégularités dans la position des joints sont considérés comme admissibles, dans la mesure où la fonctionnalité du panneau n’est pas compromise.
Ligeras pérdidas de espuma en las uniones y eventuales faltas o irregularidades en la posición de las juntas, se consideran conformes con
la norma, siempre y cuando non perjudiquen el buen funcionamiento

- oblò di vari formati integrati sui pannelli.
On request, the sheet metal elements necessary for completing the various roofs
and walls such as the following can be supplied:
- ridge and under-ridge edging (we point to the flat ridge with punched
hinge for this use);
- lateral, external and internal edging;
- eave-eave coupling edging;
- angle edging;
- base edging;
- portholes in various dimensions on the panels.
Auf Anfrage können zur Vervollständigung der verschiedenen Abdeckungen erforderliche Blechelemente und ovale Wände geliefert werden, wie:
- Ränder für Firste und Unterfirste (für diesen Gebrauch eignet sich vor allem
der flache gestanzte Dachfirst);
- seitliche Innen und Aussenränder;
- Anschlußränder für Rinnen und Rinnen;
- Eckrand;
- Basisrand;
- Bullaugen in unterschiedlichen Formaten, in den Baulementen integriert.
Sur demande peuvent être fournis les éléments de ferblanterie nécessaires pour

le faîte plat découpé à charnière);

Thanks to the fiberglasss support, the panels are

I pannelli autoportanti Marcegaglia sono
composti da due strati metallici, che contengono in maniera solidale uno strato
isolante di schiuma poliuretanica, che ne
fanno un elemento applicabile alle più

prodotti poliuretanici HCFC-free autoestinguenti o additivati, con la capacità

Qualora si verifichi l’esigenza di stoccare Max. 3 pacchi sovrapposti dovranno essere incrementati gli appoggi con materiali idonei.
In case you have to store a maximum of 3 packages one on top of the other, then
the number of supports, made of suitable materials has to be increased.
Sollte die Lagerung von mehr als 3 übereinandergelegten Paketen erforderlich
sein, müssen die Auflagen mit geeigneten Materialien erhöht werden.
S’il est nécessaire de stocker 3 paquets maxi superposés, les appuis devront être
renforcés avec des matériaux adéquats.
E caso de almacenar uno encima del otro 3 paquetes (como máximo), es necesario reforzar los apoyos con materiales adecuados.
Per lo scarico ed il sollevamento utilizzare idonei bilancini ed imbragare
i pacchi uno alla volta con braghe in canapa o similari, di larghezza non
inferiore a 150 mm con interposte sopra e sotto il pacco tavole rigide di
lunghezza adeguata (per impedire lo schiacciamento laterale del pacco).
When unloading and fitting, use suitable balancing elements and sling the packs
one at a time with hemp or similar slings at least 150 mm wide: place suitably
long rigid planks on the top and underneath the packs - to prevent crushing the
pack sideways.
Zur Abladung und zum Heben sind geeignete Gurten zu verwenden. Die Breite
der Gurten mindestens 150 mm betragen. Über und unter das Paket sind starre
Bretter mit geeigneter Länge zu legen (Diese vermeiden das seitliche Eindrücken
des Pakets). Pour le déchargement ou le levage, utiliser des palonniers appropriés et élinguer les paquets un par un avec des élingues en chanvre ou similaires, de largeur non inférieure à 150 mm,à l’aide de planches rigides de longueur

l’écrasement latéral du paquet par l’élingue).
Para efectuar las operaciones de descarga y levantamiento, utilizar balancines
adecuados y mover los paquetes uno por uno utilizando eslingas de cáñamo (o
similares) de ancho no inferior a 150 mm. e intercalar por encima y por debajo del
paquete, unas tablas rígidas de la longitud adecuada para evitar el aplastamiento
lateral del mismo.

Panels should be stored in a covered area which offers the best
conditions. Should it not be possible, suitable support should be
put under the packages and the panels or steel should be then
covered by waterproof canvasses which allow ventilation. Remove the adhesive protection before fitting and anyway at no later
than 100 days from the date of production.
Die optimale Lagerung ist in einem geschlossenen Raum. Ist dies
nicht möglich, sollten geeignete Auflageflächen hergestellt und
die Baulemente mit wasserdichten Planen, die den Luftdurchzug
gestatten, geschützt werden. Die Schutzfolie vor der Montage
entfernen, in jedem Fall nicht später als 100 Tage nach Produktionsdatum.
La condition optimale de stockage est obtenue dans un environnement fermé. Quand ce n’est pas possible, il faut réaliser des
points d’appuis appropriés sur lesquels poser les panneaux, et
protéger les panneaux ou tôles par des bâches imperméables
permettant le passage de l’air. Retirer la protection adhésive
avant le montage et, en tous cas, pas au-delà de 100 jours solaires à compter de la date de production.
La condición perfecta para el almacenamiento es en un lugar cerrado. En caso de que esto no sea posible, es necesario realizar

since they are particularly sensitive to humidity.
