Kapitel 3.2 Staff
Ein zusätzlicher Satz soll am Ende des Kapitels stehen: Offene Staff-Positionen werden über das
Webangebot von VACC Germany allen Mitgliedern bekannt gemacht. Die Bewerbungsfrist beträgt
mindestens 7 Tage.
Erklärung: bisher war es ein ungeschriebenes Gesetz, dass offene Staff-Positionen über die VACC-Seiten
bekannt gemacht werden. Wir haben es nun auch schriftlich festgehalten.

Kapitel 4.4 Vorbereitung und Ablauf der Wahlen

Die Abstimmung findet per Forum statt und dauert eine Woche.

Die Abstimmung findet über das Webangebot von VACC Germany statt und dauert eine Woche.
Erklärung: wir wollen den RGs auch die Möglichkeit geben, das Wahl-Script auf unserer Homepage zu
nutzen. Darum haben wir das Wort „Forum“ gegen „Webangebot von VACC Germany“ getauscht, so ist m
an flexibler bzw. weniger restriktiv. Es kann das Forum genutzt werden oder das Wahl-Script.

Chapter 3.2 Staff
Additional sentence at the end of the chapter: Unoccupied positions within the staff will be
announced to all members of VACC Germany through its web services. Applications will be accepted
for a minimum of 7 days, starting from the day of publication.
Explanation: so far it was a gentleman agreement to announce unoccupied staff-positions to our
members. Through a request by members we would like to add this to the constitution.

Chapter 4.4 Preparation and Course of Elections
Modification of the sentence
The voting is made by a forum poll with duration of a week.

The voting is made through the web services of VACC Germany with a duration of a week.
Explanation: since we also want to allow our regional groups to use the voting-function of VACC
Germany’s website, we want to lift the restriction to have a voting on the forum and rather call it “web
services”.
