Der Sommer naht und mit ihm die Gelegenheit, wieder eine neue Seite, oder
besser gesagt: eine neue Etage unserer Hausgemeinschaft kennenzulernen.
Nachdem uns im Frühling Marie und Desiree die Tür zu ihrem DachgeschossApartment öffneten, lädt uns nun Uno ein, einen Blick in ihr Zuhause zu
werfen – in ihren Ruhepol auf der dritten Etage. Er verrät, dass die Asiatin
unter Ruhe nicht unbedingt Stille versteht, sondern die Chance, sich für ein
paar Stunden einfach treiben zu lassen. Irgendwo zwischen Sommerhoch und
Tiefsee. Umgeben von frischen Pastellfarben, zarten Verläufen und lebendigen
Facetten. Dazu von der Natur inspirierte Designs. Florale Elemente, Blüten,
Blätter, die sich mal zu großformatigen Ornamenten formieren, dann wieder
Seite an Seite mit klaren Linien durch den Raum fließen.
Summer is around the corner and following in its tracks comes the chance
to see a new side, or rather a new floor, of our home community. After Marie
and Desiree had kindly opened the doors of their top floor apartment in spring,
it’s now Uno who invites us to take a look around her home – a peaceful haven on
the third floor. It hints that peace doesn’t necessarily mean silence for the
native Japanese, but rather the opportunity to be drifting around for a couple
of hours. Somewhere in between high summer and deep sea. Surrounded by
fresh pastel shades, soft gradations and vibrant colors. Designs are inspired by
nature: floral elements, blossoms and leaves, forming large ornaments or
floating freely around the room along with clean lines.

UNO
So sehr Uno das Leben unter Freunden genießt –
so sehr weiß sie es zu schätzen, sich in ihre eigene
Welt zurückzuziehen. In ihren siebten Himmel
auf der dritten Etage. Ein Apartment, in das man
nicht eintritt, sondern abtaucht. In ein Kaleidoskop
aus wässrigen Aqua-, frischen Türkis-, und
harmonischen Beige- und Coraltönen. Ein Refugium
voller organischer Formen, zarter Blütenregen und
leiser Zwischentöne. Perfekt, um zwischendurch von
der Oberfläche zu verschwinden. Für ein kurzes
Good-bye vom Alltag. Für einen Moment,
der ganz allein Uno gehört.
As much as Uno enjoys living with her friends,
she still cherishes that she can retreat to her own
world whenever she wishes. Her seventh heaven on
the third floor. An apartment that is not meant to
be stepped in, but dived in. A kaleidoscope made
of watery aqua, fresh turquoise and balancing beige
and coral hues. A refuge full of organic shapes,
showered with delicate blossoms and subtle nuances.
Just perfect to vanish from the surface every now and
then. A brief ‚goodbye’ to daily chores.
For a moment that is Uno’s alone.
