Der USB-Flash-Speicher ermöglicht es dem Benutzer, jederzeit Daten zwischen Computern
und Festplatten auszutauschen und zu speichern. Dieses Gerät verwendet Flash-Speicher als
Speichermedium und wird mittels USB-Schnittstelle mit einem Computer verbunden.

3. Verwendung des USB-Flash-Speichers
Der USB-Flash-Speicher ist einfach zu bedienen; die nachstehende Anleitung zeigt, wie der
USB-Flash-Speicher mit gängigen Betriebssystemen verwendet wird:
Schalten Sie Ihren Computer ein und stecken Sie den USB-Speicherstick in den USB-Port des
Computers. Das USB-Flash-Disk Symbol sollte unter „My Computer“-Datei erscheinen. Unter
Windows ME / 2000 / XP erscheint ein Symbol in der Taskleiste.
Zum Entfernen des USB-Flash-Speichers aus dem Computer folgen Sie bitte den nachstehenden Schritten:
• Windows 98SE: Ziehen Sie den USB-Flash-Speicher aus dem Computer.
Das USB-Flash-Disk Symbol verschwindet automatisch.
• Windows ME / 2000 / XP: Klicken Sie auf das Symbol in der Taskleiste.
Ein „Stop USB-Massenspeicher-Gerät“-Fenster sollte erscheinen. Das System zeigt dann ein
neues Fenster mit der Aufschrift „USB-Massenspeicher kann sicher entfernt werden“. Klicken
Sie auf „ok“, um das Fenster zu schließen und entfernen Sie dann den USB-Flash-Stick.
4. Verwendung des Zahlenschlosses
Die werkseingestellte Zahlenkombination ist 0-0-0. Sie können es ändern, wenn Sie die
folgenden Schritte durchführen:
• Halten Sie die Mini-Tasten auf der Rückseite mit einem geeigneten Werkzeug gedrückt
und drehen Sie dann die Einstellrädchen einzeln auf die neue Zahlenkombination.
• Merken Sie sich bitte diese neue Zahlenkombination gut.

3. How to use the USB Flash Drive
USB Flash Drive is easy to use. The instructions cover the use of the USB Flash Drive with
contemporary computer systems:
Turn on your computer, plug the USB Flash Drive into the computer’s USB port, the USB Flash
disk symbol should appear under the file „My Computer“. Under Windows ME / 2000 / XP, an
icon will appear in the taskbar.
To remove the USB Flash Drive from the computer, please follow the steps below:
• Windows 98SE: pull out the USB Flash Drive from the computer.
The USB flash disk symbol automatically disappears.
• Windows ME / 2000 / XP: Click on the icon in the taskbar. A „stop USB mass storage device“
notice should appear. The system then prompts a new notice that reads „USB mass storage
device can be removed safely“. Click „ok“ to close this window and then remove the USB
Flash Drive.
4. How to use the Lock
The default digit combination is 0-0-0, you can change it arbitrarily according to the following
steps:
• Press and hold the mini button on the back with the corresponding tool, then turn the wheel
to change the digit. Repeat this process accordingly until all three digits have been set.
• Remember your combination well.
