Product overview
TruckController is a diagnosis unit for truck and body
manufacturers at the body builder CAN interface respectively
FMS interface of trucks. It supports all prevalent messages
according to SAEJ1939 standard.
CAN messages sent by the vehicle are evaluated and clearly
visualized by the TruckController. Therefore it is easily and
rapidly controllable, which values at the CAN bus are
effectively active and ready to be utilized.
Furthermore it is possible to send supported CAN messages
from TruckController to the body builder CAN interface and
consequently simulate a body builder ECU.
CAN messages supported by the ECU are clearly visualized.
In addition various parameters, like e.g. auxiliary drive
(switch on/off), engine (start/stop) can be manipulated
through the graphical user interface (GUI).

Depending on the vehicle type following functions are supported:
Dashboard
Temperature, pressure
and Operating data
Vehicle control
• Visualization of common vehicle parameters
• Visualization of temperature, pressure values and operating
data, like hours of operating, fuel consumption etc.
• Manipulation of the engine as well as the PTO's
Transmit messages
• Transmit of all supported messages of the body builder CAN to
the vehicle-CAN-gateway
Receive messages
• Visualization of all messages of the body builder CAN
respectively FMS-interface
