Fußprofile entgraten.
Buchsen vorsichtig oben in die Fußprofile
einschlagen. 2. Dabei Führungsbolzen als
Einschlaghilfe verwenden.
Bohrung im Fußprofil ggf. vorher ausschleifen.
Die Buchse muß fest sitzen, darf aber nicht
verformt werden.
Wenn eine Verriegelung eingebaut wird,
darf am “Fußprofil Mitte-Oben” keine Buchse
eingeschlagen werden. Stattdessen wird zum
Ende der Montage die Universalverriegelng in die
Bohrung eingeklebt (Siehe 11 ).
4. Führungsbolzen aus der Buchse herausziehen.
5. Führungsbolzen in die untere Öffnung der
Fußprofile, 6. genau bis zur Kante einschlagen.
1. Kugellager in das Fußprofileinkleben.
(Kleber: Loctite 638).
2. Führungsbolzen in die untere Öffnung der
Fußprofile, 3. genau bis zur Kante einschlagen.
1. Die kleinen Eckverbinder ins Mitteldichtungsprofil einführen und die Schrauben locker
eindrehen.
2. Türschuh aufstecken.
3. Bündig zur Unterkante der Mitteldichtung
ausrichten.
4. Eckverbinder festschrauben.
Fußprofil kennzeichnen (Position/Lage) und
5. wieder abziehen.
Die weiteren Eckverbinder und die Nutensteine
befestigen.
Wie in 3 3. beschrieben ausrichten.
Schrauben locker in die Nutensteine eindrehen.

Nutensteine die nur für die Eckverbinder benutz
werden dürfen nicht verdreht werden, sie müssen
parallel zu den Profilen liegen, da es sonst Kratzer
in den Fußprofilen geben könnte.

Fußprofile auf die Nutensteine schieben.
a Scheiben auf die Bolzen stecken und Bolzen
in die entsprechende Buchse stecken.
b Bolzen in das Kugellager stecken.

Montageanleitung
Die “Seitenprofile Mitte-Türflügel” mit den
Fußprofilen genau ausrichten.
Der Türflügel muß noch beweglich (knickbar) sein.
Oben und unten müssen genau die gleichen
Überstände sein.
Die Seitenprofile müssen bündig zueinander sein.
Schrauben fest anziehen.
Antriebsverbindung oben in das
“Fußprofil Außen-Oben” einstecken.

“Gummidichtungen Außen” einkleben.
Holzplättchen einkleben und Silikon auf die
Holzplättchen geben.
3. Halteplatte am oberen Türschuh mittels
Befestigungsprofil befestigen.
4. Türschuhe an die Scheibe anlegen.
5. “Gummidichtungen Innen” eindrücken und
Türschuhe mittig zur Scheibe ausrichten.
Seitendichtungen an die Scheiben anlegen und
“Gummidichtungen Innen” eindrücken.

Auf richtigen Sitz der Eckverbinder achten.
Türflügel mit Spanngurten fest
8 zusammendrücken.
Schrauben an der Halteplatte etwas lösen.
3. 4. Alle Verbindungsschrauben einschrauben
und fest anziehen.
5. Spanngurte entfernen.
“Gummidichtungen Innen” fertig montieren.

Auf der anderen Türflügelseite den Überstand der
11 eingeklebten Gummidichtung abschneiden.

ggf. Universalverriegelung einkleben, dabei darauf
achten, dass die Bohrung immer genau nach
innen zeigt.(Kleber: Loctite 638).
Mitteldichtungen einziehen und mit
Sekundenkleber punktuell fixieren.
Tipp: Mitteldichtungen dafür befeuchten.
Bürstendichtungen einsetzen.
Den zweiten Flügel gemäß der Anleitung
spiegelbildlich montieren.

Debur horizontal profiles.
Drive bushings carefully into top of horizontal
profiles. 3. Use guide bolt to drive in bushings.
It may be required to grind the drill hole in the
horizontal profile first. The bushing must be fitted
tightly, however it must not be deformed.
Where a lock is fitted, no bushing must be driven
into the “horizontal profile (centre-top)”.
Instead the universal lock is bonded into the drill
hole towards the end of the mounting process.
(See 11 )
4. Remove guide bolt from bushing.
5. Guide bolt must be driven in exactly to edge of
lower hole in horizontal profile 6.
1. Adhere ball bearing into horizontal profile.
(Adhesive: Loctite 638).
2. Drive guide bolt in exactly to edge of lower hole
in horizontal profile, as shown in 3. .
1. Insert small corner joints into centre seal profile
and fix screws lightly.
2. Fix horizontal profile.
3. Align it flush with centre seal.
4. Tighten corner joints firmly.
Mark horizontal profile (side/position), then 5.
remove it.
Fix remaining corner joints and groove stones.
Align them as described in 3 3. .
Insert screws into groove stones and fix them
lightly.

Groove stones, which are only used for corner
joints must not be turned. They have to be
positioned parallelly to the profiles in order to
avoid scratches in the horizontal profiles.

Fix “rubber seals (outside)” with adhesive foil.
Fix wooden chips into determined position by
applying silicone on both sides.
3. Fix mounting plate to top of horizontal profile
with fixing joint.
4. Attach horizontal profiles to glass pane.
5. Insert “rubber seals (inside)” and align
horizontal profiles to centre of glass pane.
Attach vertical seals to glass pane and insert
”rubber seals (inside)”.

Watch out that corner joints are positioned
correctly.
8 Fix door leafs firmly with lashing straps.

Loosen screws of fixing plate slightly.
3. 4. Insert all connection screws and tighten
them firmly.
5. Remove lashing straps.
Finish mounting of “rubber seals (inside)”.

Abscise projection of adhered rubber seal on
11 opposite side of door leaf.

Fix universal lock where desired. Watch out that
drill hole points exactly to the inside.
(Adhesive: Loctite 638).
Insert centre seals and fix them selectively with
superglue.
Hint: Humidify centre seals first.
Insert brush seals.
Mount second door leaf according to mounting
instructions laterally reversed.
Insert horizontal profiles into groove stones.
a Put washers onto bolts and insert bolts into
corresponding bushing.
b Insert bolt into ball bearing.
3. Align horizontal profiles to centre of vertical
profiles.

Align “vertical profiles (centre of door leaf)”
accurately with horizontal profiles. The door leaf
must remain movable (foldable). Top and bottom
projections must be equal. Vertical profiles must
be flush with each other.
Tighten screws firmly.
Insert top connection of drive unit into
“horizontal profile (outside-top)”.
