Für die Verarbeitung einer neuen Generation von Steckkontakten im Bereich
Automotive hat seitz engineering eine
Roboterzelle entwickelt. Neben dem
Basismodul werden Werkstückzu- und
Werkstückabführung, Einpress- und Prüfstationen sowie Puffer- und Palettiersysteme angeboten.
6-Achsen-Handling mit Servoantrieben in
Portalbauweise. Der modulare Aufbau mit
drei Linearachsen und drei Rotationsachsen, ermöglicht vielseitige Applikationen in
den Bereichen Montage- und Fügetechnik, Laserschweißtechnik, Klebetechnik
sowie Schleif- und Poliertechnik.
Das patentierte Logistik- und Transfersystem ermöglicht es, Werkstückträger
mit zwei oder drei unterschiedlichen Taktzeiten gleichzeitig auf einer Förderstrecke
zu bewegen. Besonders geeignet für
Montage- und Prüfaufgaben mit unterschiedlichen Zykluszeiten
