Allgemeine Mietbedingungen
General terms and conditions of hire
Die Anlieferung der Pflanzen erfolgt am letzten Aufbautag.
Plants will be delivered on the final day of fair set-up.
Miet-Pflanzen werden nur für den vereinbarten Zweck und nur für die
Dauer der Veranstaltung zur Verfügung gestellt.
Plants will only be supplied for the agreed purpose and only for the
duration of the fair.
Der Mieter hat die Miet-Pflanzen sorgfältig zu behandeln. Die MietPflanzen sind nach Veranstaltungsschluss abholbereit zur Verfügung zu
stellen. Die Miet-Pflanzen werden innerhalb von 2 Stunden nach
Veranstaltungsende abgeholt.
The exhibitor shall treat the plants he hires with care. The plants hired
must be ready for collection after the end of the fair. They will be collected
within 2 hours following the end of the event.
Wird der Mietgegenstand bei Beendigung des Mietverhältnisses an den
Vermieter nicht zurückgegeben, so ist der Vermieter berechtigt, für die
Dauer der Vorenthaltung des Mietgegenstandes eine Entschädigung in
Höhe des vereinbarten Mietzinses zzgl. MwSt. zu verlangen. Ist der
Mietgegenstand beim Mieter in Verlust geraten, so hat der Mieter neben
den vereinbarten Mietgebühren Schadensersatz in Höhe des Wiederbeschaffungspreises für den Gegenstand zu entrichten.
If the hired item is not returned to the lessor at the end of the period of
hire the lessor shall be intitled to claim for compensation amounting to the
agreed rental fee (plus VAT for the period of retention). If the hired item
has been lost by the renter, the renter shall pay damages amounting to
the replacement price of an object of the same kind and quality in
addition to the agreed rental fee.
Für Schäden an Miet-Pflanzen und für Verluste haftet der Mieter. Die
Haftung beginnt mit der Anlieferung und endet mit der Abholung. Die
Haftung des Mieters endet spätestens 24 Stunden nach Veranstaltungsschluss, es sei denn, ein anderer Abholtermin wurde vereinbart, oder das
Mietgut war nicht abholbereit abgestellt. Dies gilt auch, wenn der Stand
nicht besetzt ist.
The renter shall be liable for any damage to or loss of plants. Liability
shall commence on delivery and shall cease on collection. The liability of
the renter shall cease at the latest 24 hours after the end of the fair
unless another date has been agreed for collection or the plants are not
ready for collection. This ruling shall also applay if the stand is not
occupied.
