a call is always charged in full regardless of its actual duration (60/60 second billing increment). German domestic calls cost 9 cents/minute plus a one-off connection fee of 9
cents per call; calls made to international numbers are possible from 1 cent/minute plus
a one-off connection fee of 15 cents per call. Each text message costs 15 cents. The account hotline (1155) is free of charge from Ortel Mobile phones. All prices indicated are
inclusive of VAT. It is only possible to register for the supplemental services („options“)
displayed here using the Ortel Mobile Prepaid Card. The options are renewed automatically after 30 days if the customer has sufficient credit. If insufficient credit is available
at the time of renewal, the options are deactivated. They are reactivated as soon as sufficient credit is available
again. It is only possible to register for each option once every 30 days. Options can be cancelled by calling 1155.
Options cannot be freely combined with all other options. Internet options are only valid in Germany and only for
packaged data transmission connections within the E-Plus mobile network. A bandwidth of up to 7.2 Mbit/s per
option period is available until the data volume included with the respective Internet option has been depleted, at
which point this changes to GPRS speed (max. 56 kbits/s). Usage only permitted with mobile phones/smartphones or tablet PCs. Use of peer-to-peer and voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) is not permitted. Internet Flat 5 GB
(€19.90 per 30-day option period): This option includes 5 GB of data. Use of surf sticks and Voice over Internet

You will receive a text message once your high-speed data allowance has been used up. You can easily replenish your highspeed data by sending a text message to 77300, via the app or online at MeinOrtel. The same amount of high-speed data will then
be available again within the current option period of 30 days.
