Wer ein Spiel beherrschen will, sollte zuerst das Wesen des Spiels verinnerlicht haben. Auf dem Grün steckt
das Wesen im Detail. Putten ist Feinarbeit. Vermeintliche Kleinigkeiten, die anderswo großzügig übergangen
werden dürfen, entscheiden hier über Sieg oder Niederlage. Wenn deshalb von „Mastering the Green“ die
Rede ist, dann sind diese Worte mehr als ein Versprechen an jeden Golfspieler. Sie sind Ausdruck unserer
Überzeugung, das Putten in seiner ganzen Feinheit und Komplexität analysiert, verstanden und perfektioniert
zu haben.
Ausgangspunkt war natürlich der Putter. Das Grün verlangt Präzision, also wollten wir den präzisesten Putter
der Welt bauen – perfekt verarbeitet, mit ausgewogenem Kopfgewicht und optimalem Schwerpunkt. Das
Ergebnis waren unsere High Precision Putter (HPP), mit denen wir uns innerhalb kürzester Zeit im Turniergeschehen etablieren konnten. Inzwischen entwickeln und fertigen wir als einziger Hersteller sogar eigene
Griffe, um auch diese häufige Schwachstelle zu beseitigen. Allerdings mussten wir einsehen, dass neben dem
Putter weitere Faktoren entscheidend sind. So entwickelten wir ein individuelles Fitting, das in seiner Ganzheitlichkeit und seinem Detaillierungsgrad Maßstäbe setzt. Darüber hinaus haben wir unseren Fokus auf die
Methodik gerichtet. Denn was bringen Putter und Fitting, wenn die Fehler in der Anwendung passieren? Die
großartige Resonanz auf die neu gegründete Kramski Putting Academy bestätigt uns in unserem Bestreben,
Golfspielern auf der ganzen Welt nicht nur einen grandiosen Putter, sondern einen ganzheitlichen Ansatz für
das Spiel auf dem Grün zu bieten.

„Mastering the Green“ beschreibt somit nicht zuletzt unsere eigene Geschichte. Sie reicht vom Putter, über
das Fitting bis zur Academy. Eine Reise, bei der wir das Gefühl haben, jetzt angekommen zu sein.
Mastering a game requires one to internalize the essence of the game. On the green, the essence is in the
detail. Putting is precision work. Minute aspects that may be overlooked elsewhere decide between victory
and defeat. When speaking of “mastering the green,” these words are more than a promise to each and every
golf player. They are an expression of our conviction of having analyzed, understood and perfected all of the
fine points and intricacies of putting.
Of course, it all started with the putter. Greens demand precision, so we wanted to build the world’s most
precise putter – with perfect craftsmanship, balanced head weight and an optimal center of gravity. This culminated in our High Precision Putter (HPP), with which we succeeded in establishing ourselves on the tour
circuit in an extremely short period of time. Since then, we have become the only manufacturer to produce
its own grips, with a view to overcoming this frequent weakness as well. However, we had to acknowledge
that factors other than the putter are crucial. This is why we developed a personalized fitting system, setting
standards in terms of both its holistic approach and degree of detail. Furthermore, we set our focus on methodology. After all, what good is a putter or fitting if errors are made in application? The wonderful feedback
we received in response to the newly established Kramski Putting Academy makes us more than confident
that we have set the right course for offering golf players all over the world not just a marvelous putter, but
a holistic approach to the game on the green as well.
“Mastering the Green” is thus far more than a description of our history. It illustrates our journey from the
putter via fitting to the Academy. A voyage we feel has brought us to our destination.

Die Story von Kramski Putter beginnt im Jahr 2000. Der Unternehmer und leidenschaftliche Golfspieler Wiestaw Kramski kaufte
sich wie schon so oft zuvor einen neuen Putter. Diesmal war er sich
sicher, endlich den perfekten Putter gefunden zu haben. Doch nach
einigen Runden auf dem Grün war er wieder einmal enttäuscht. Mit
dem Unterschied, dass er diesmal beschloss, sich selbst einen Putter
zu bauen. Und zwar den besten Putter der Welt.
Kramski putters start writing their story in the year 2000. The
self-made entrepreneur and passionate golfer Wiestaw Kramski
buys a new putter, as he has often done in the past. This time, he
is absolutely certain of having found the perfect putter. But, after
several rounds on the green, he is disappointed once again. The
only difference this time around is that he decides to build a putter
himself – the best putter in the world.
Ein nachvollziehbarer Anspruch, zumindest für alle, die den Namen
Kramski aus dem deutschen Hochleistungswerkzeugbau kennen.
Denn seit 1978 entwickelt das von Wiestaw Kramski gegründete
Unternehmen Stanzwerkzeuge für absolute Global Player wie Bosch
und Siemens (www.kramski.com). Trotzdem brauchte es knapp drei
Jahre, bis der gelernte Werkzeugmacher und Konstrukteur den ersten
High Precision Putter (HPP) entwickelt hatte. In dieser Zeit wurde
alles von Grund auf analysiert und ein Wissens- und Technologievorsprung erarbeitet, von dem jeder Kramski Putter bis heute profitiert.
This ambition can readily be understood at least by those familiar
with the name Kramski from the German high-performance toolmaking industry. For over 30 years, the company, founded by
W. Kramski, has been manufacturing stamping tools for veritable
global players such as Bosch and Siemens (www.kramski.com).
Nevertheless, it takes nearly three years for the trained toolmaker
and engineer to develop the first High Precision Putter (HPP).
During this period, the basics of every single aspect were called
into question and a knowledge and technological advantage was
established, from which every Kramski Putter benefits to this day.

Ohne High-Tech ist ein Kramski HPP nicht herzustellen. Ohne Handarbeit ebenso wenig. Eine faszinierende
Symbiose, die vom Rohling bis zum perfekten Finish reicht.
Über 30 Einzelarbeitsgänge sind erforderlich, um die charakteristische HPP-Geometrie mit einer HighSpeed-Fräsmaschine aus dem blanken Materialblock herauszuarbeiten. Bis jede Kontur und jedes
Rillenbild detailgetreu abgebildet ist, benötigen Putterköpfe aus Aluminium rund zwei Stunden. Um das
Dreifache länger brauchen die Modelle aus Edelstahl. Nach dem Präzisionsfräsen wird mit viel handwerklichem Geschick jeder Putterkopf rückstandsfrei gesäubert, geschliffen und poliert. Kramski Putter ist in
der „Goldstadt Pforzheim“, dem Zentrum der Schmuck- und Uhrenindustrie, beheimatet, und beschäftigt
fast ausschließlich ehemalige Goldschmiede, deren Expertise und Sorgfalt bei solchen Arbeitsgängen
besonders zum Tragen kommen. Denn erst eine homogene, absolut kratzfreie und geschlossene Oberflächenstruktur ermöglicht die Krönung eines jeden Kramski Putters: die perfekt ausgeführte Beschichtung.
Ob hochwertig farbeloxiert oder mehrfach galvanisch beschichtet mit Gold, Nickel, Palladium, Platin oder
Ruthenium – unser Premium-Finish minimiert den Verschleiß durch die tägliche Nutzung. Perfekt geschützt
ist jeder Kramski Putter allerdings erst dann, wenn er gut gereinigt wird und nach jedem Gebrauch die
eigens dafür entwickelte Schutzhülle zum Einsatz kommt. Aber bei so viel Liebe in der Herstellung wäre
alles andere auch kaum zu verkraften.
No Kramski HPP can be manufactured without the help of high technology. This is equally impossible
without manual labor. A fascinating symbiosis starting from the stainless steel block and ending at the
perfect finish.
More than 30 individual work steps are required to chisel out the characteristic HPP geometry from a single
piece of material on a high-speed milling machine. It takes approximately two hours for every contour and
every groove pattern to be machined true to detail, resulting in an aluminum putter head. Stainless steel
models take three times longer. After being precision milled, every putter head is washed until it is free
of residue, then ground and polished – all in a careful and painstakingly accurate hand-crafting process.
Kramski Putter is headquartered in the “Golden City of Pforzheim”, the heart of the German jewelry and
watchmaking industry, and nearly exclusively employs former goldsmiths, the expertise and care of whom
comes to bear especially when executing work steps of this kind. After all, it is only once a homogeneous
and absolutely scratch-free and cohesive surface structure has been achieved that any Kramski putter can
be crowned, donning a coating that is applied to perfection.
Whether high-quality color anodized or cloaked in a multiple galvanic finish, sporting a layer of gold, nickel,
palladium, platinum or ruthenium, our premium finish minimizes wear caused by daily use. However, it is
not until it is cleaned properly and placed in the purpose-deigned protective cover after being used that
every Kramski putter is protected perfectly. But given the heart blood poured into its manufacture, anything
else would be inconceivable.

Der HPP 323 TP ist von unserem Mallet-Klassiker, dem HPP 325
TP, abgeleitet und unterscheidet sich von ihm lediglich durch seinen
Single-Bend-Schaft. Wie jeder Kramski HPP ist er als Rechts- und
Linkshändermodell lieferbar und wie bei allen Blades, Halfmallets
und Mallets von Kramski gelten die Standardlängen von 30‘‘ bis 37‘‘.
Das für unsere Mallet-Modelle typische Liniensystem mit dem
Halbkreis hilft dem Spieler unterbewusst, den Ball im Sweetspot
zu treffen. Die Kimme-Korn-Funktion gewährleistet, dass sich die

HPP 323 TP
The HPP 323 TP is derived from the classic amongst our mallets,
the HPP 325 TP, differing from it merely by virtue of its single-bend
shaft. As every Kramski HPP, it ships in both right and left-hand
variants. Moreover, as all Kramski blades, half mallets and mallets,
the putter can be ordered in standard lengths of 30” to 37”. The
sight line system including the semi-circle typical of our mallets
subconsciously helps the player strike the ball’s sweetspot. The back
and front sight feature ensures that the player’s line of sight is perpendicular to the ball. And, as with all Kramski putters, we renounce
grooves as our tests have shown that grooves may generate side-spin.

Ganzheitliche Analyse: Das bedeutet mehr als nur die Erfassung der
Länge- und der Lie-Winkel-Einstellung. Sie beginnt beim Spieler
selbst. Ausgehend von seinen Putt-Resultaten werden zuerst seine
Zielmethodik und Ansprechposition untersucht. Anschließend erfolgt
mit Hilfe von High-Speed-Kameras und Simulationssoftware die

im Rahmen der Impact-Analyse der Treffmoment betrachtet wird.
Präzise Umsetzung: Die Ergebnisse aus der Analyse fließen in die
Einstellung von Länge, Lie, in die Gewichtsverteilung im Schaft
(Counterbalancing) und insbesondere in die Anpassung der Griffstärke (S, M, L, XL, XXL) – ein absolutes Novum auf dem Puttermarkt.

Despite the omnipresent discussions in the golf scene on the significance of custom fitting, the three major keys to successful fitting
are often disregarded: holistic approach to the analysis, precision in
implementation and reproducibility on the green.
Holistic analysis: Taking a holistic view at Kramski involves more
than merely recording the length and lie angle settings. It starts with
the player him- or herself. Putting results are used as a basis for
examining aim techniques and setup. This is followed by an analysis
of the player’s putting biomechanics using high-speed cameras and
simulation software before subjecting the moment of impact to an

KRAMSKI RILLENBILD
Die spezielle Sohlenkonstruktion mit ihren freigefrästen
Flächen und dem ausdrucksstarken Rillenbild wurde extra
entwickelt, damit der Putter beim Aufsitzen aufs Grün nicht
tänzelt. Die winzigen Grashalme platzieren sich in den
kleinsten Grooves des Rillenbildes, wodurch der Schlägerkopf nicht verrutscht. Das gibt dem Spieler Sicherheit und
verhindert unnötige Fehler.
KRAMSKI GROOVE PATTERN
The sole’s special design features smoothly milled surfaces
and a pronounced groove pattern, refined to prevent jitter
when the putter contacts the green. Miniscule blades of
grass slot into the miniature grooves, preventing the clubhead from slipping. This gives the player certainty and
prevents unnecessary mistakes.
