I: Meeting call to order at 7:12 pm

Minutes motioned for approval by Lisa Skjeveland

II. Treasurer Report:
Treasurer report was read by Keith Baker
Maria motioned to approve Treasurer report as read, Paula seconded - all approve
III: New Business
There will be no display in Quinn hall because not many parents enter Quinn hall shirt displays will remain
in SH with a picture display in TH.
- suggestion was made to set up display on the website, it will when we get the tech person to start.
IV: Old Business
Lanyards: Mary Van Thomme explained the Lanyards deals minimum order is 250 set up fees and pros
and cons of going thinner and the wider nylon lanyards, cost a little more but may be worth it
The co has a burgundy color that resembles MSAD colors closely.
Price comparison; thin 250 x 1.17 plus 30 fee set up - $322.50 vs. thick nylon 250x 1.33 plus set up fee
30.00 = 362.50
Motion made by Lisa Skjeveland for Thick lanyard with B swivel Hook Meryl Seconded
Meryl amended the motion for Burgundy and Gold colors and
Cheryl a Capitals MSAD Novel font
Keith Baker seconded all approved.
Keith Motioned to sell lanyards for $3 Paula Schnoor seconded all approved
Holiday Program Mary Van Thomme will need help selling merchandise during the holiday program
Staff can’t due to work: looking for volunteers to help during holiday program.
Lisa coordinating volunteers for Clerc Classic Lisa will pass out email with times schedule for volunteers
for time slots during Clerc classic. Email [email protected]
Buttons
Maria Motioned to make 100 buttons for clerc classic using clerc classic logo Paula Seconded all approved
Maria will start with 100 for that week and see possibly make more for the weekend
Paula motioned to start with 50 buttons of the Trojans and hill toppers for the year and etc. Lisa Ski
seconded all approved. To sell at the holiday program.
Site council approval - try to make approval requests more broad so it lasts longer.
Meeting day
Motion made to make for permanent changes for the 3rd Tuesday of the month Lisa Skj motioned Meryl
seconded all approved
Next meeting is January 15th Tuesday.
Concern was shared re lack of parking spaces when coming to school during school hours to pick up or
drop off the students Parents cannot find parking. Lisa will talk to Roxie- possible site council decision.
