Protaras Holiday Villa Konnos Princess is a modern and cozy property located in a quiet are of Cape Greco close to
the Grecian Park Hotel.
The ground floor features a comfortable open plan living room, dining and kitchen area and the patio doors open
wide to join the inside with outside pool and garden area. This kitchen is fully equipped and the sofas can be used
as a sofa bed. The first floor offers three double bedrooms two of which have good see views and a family shower
room. At the basement floor there is a further shower and toilet.
The outside offers a god sized polygon shaped swimming pool and artificial grass covered garden equipped with a
sun-loungers, sofa set, table and chairs, parasol and a gas BBQ. Being a corner plot the villa offers adequate
privacy and is very breezy in the hot summer months.
Konnos Princess is fully air-condition and offers free unlimited Wi-Fi internet and Satellite TV.
