Prohibited acts and penalties 5 Prohibited acts: (5.1) “Kyong-go” 5.1.1 Crossing the Boundary Line 5.1.2 Falling down 5.1.3 Avoiding or delaying the match 5.1.4 Grabbing, holding or pushing the opponent 5.1.5 Lifting the knee to block or/and impede the opponent’s kicking attack, or lifting a leg for more than 3 seconds, without execution of any attacking technique, to impede opponent’s attacking movements 5.1.6 Kicking below the waist 5.1.7 Attacking the opponent after "Kal-yeo" 5.1.8 Hitting the opponent’s head with the hand 5.1.9 Butting or attacking with the knee 5.1.10 Attacking the fallen opponent 5.1.11 Misconduct of contestant or coach Article 14. Prohibited acts and penalties 5 Prohibited acts. 5.2 Gam-jeom In the case of serious misconduct of the prohibited acts by contestant or coach the referee shall declare "Gam-jeom“. 5.3 When a coach or contestant commits excessive misconduct and does not follow the referee’s command the referee may declare a sanction request by raising a yellow card. Article 21. Instant Video Replay 21.1 The coach can only request video review for penalties against the opponent for instances of falling down or crossing the boundary line Article 12. Valid points 3 The valid points are as follows. 3.1 One (1) point for a valid attack on trunk protector 3.2 Three (3) points for a valid turning kick to the trunk protector 3.3 Three (3) points for a valid kick to the head 3.4 Four (4) points for a valid turning kick to the head 3.5 One(1) point awarded for every two Kyung-gos or every one Gam-jeom given to the opponent contestant PAIN IS NOT INJURY. If a player falls down due to pain => "Stand up" to continue the match. No more Kye-shi unless 21.2 The scope of the appeal for their own player for the video replay is limited to: • the errors of the center referee in application of Competition Rules, • points scored by the judges and • penalties 2 Änderungen seit 1 jan. 2015: Article 14. Prohibited acts and penalties 5 Verbotene Handlungen (5.1) “Kyong-go” 5.1.1 Übertreten der Grenzlinie 5.1.2 Hinfallen 5.1.3 Vermeidung /Verzögerung des Kampfes 5.1.4 Fassen, Festhalten, Klammern, Schieben mit Hand oder Oberkörper 5.1.5 Anheben des Knies um sich einen legalen Angriffs zu entziehen oder zu behindern, oder Anheben des Knies für mehr als 3 Sekunden 5.1.6 Angriff unterhalb der Hüfte 5.1.7 Angriff nach dem Unterbrechungszeichen "Kal-yeo" 5.1.8 Schlagen ins Gesicht mit Hand oder Faust 5.1.9 Kopfstoß oder Angriff mit dem Knie 5.1.10 Angriff auf den zu Fall gekommenen Gegner 5.1.11 Grobes unsportliches Verhalten des Wettkämpfers oder Coaches Article 14. Prohibited acts and penalties 5 Verbotene Handlungen 5.2 “Gam-jeom” Im Falle eines schweren Fehlverhaltens der verbotenen Handlungen => "Gam-jeom“. 5.3 Grobes Unsportliches Verhalten des Wettkämpfers oder Coaches = Gelbe Karte (Sanktionen) Article 21. Instant Video Replay 21.1 Der Coach des Gegners kann für folgende Punkte ein Video Replay verlangen: Hinfallen oder Überschreiten der Grenzlinie. Article 12. Valid points 3 Gültige Punkte werden wie folgt vergeben: 3.1 Ein (1) Punkt für einen erlaubten Angriff auf die Kampfweste. 3.2 Drei (3) Punkte für einen erlaubten Angriff mit einem Drehtritt auf die Kampfweste. 3.3 Drei (3) Punkte für einen erlaubten Angriff zum Kopf. 3.4 Vier (4) Punkte für einen Treffer mit einem Drehtritt zum Kopf. 3.5 Zwei “Kyong-go oder Ein “Gam-jeom” = Ein (1) Punkt. 21.2 Der Coach kann für den eigenen Kämpfer für folgende Punkte ein Video Replay verlangen: -Fehler des Center Referees in Anwendung der Wettbewerbsregeln, -die Punktegebung der Richter und -verbotene Handlungen (Kyongos und Gam-jeoms) 3
