Zur ausreichenden Freigängigkeit der Rad-/
Reifenkombinationen in der Größen 19“ und 20“
mit den Bereifungen 255/40 R19, 245/45 R19,
245/40 R20 und 275/35 R20 sind insbesondere
in Verbindung mit Tieferlegungsfedern folgende
TÜV-technische Arbeiten erforderlich:
- Nachweis: Geschwindigkeitsmesser innerhalb
der Toleranz
- Radabdeckung an Vorderachse muss hergestellt
werden (30° vorn / 50° hinten)
- Radabdeckung an Hinterachse muss hergestellt
werden (50° hinten)
- Kotflügelkanten an Vorderachse anlegen im
Bereich 45° vor und hinter Radmitte
- Radhauskanten an Vorderachse sind um 10 mm
aufzuweiten (Kotflügel ziehen)
- Kotflügel vorn, Kanten anlegen und Innenkotflügel
anpassen und versetzen
- Innenkotflügel vorn, warm verformen und
anpassen
For vehicles with sportsprings and 19“ or 20“
wheels and tire dimensions 255/40 R19,
245/45 R19, 245/40 R20 and 275/35 R20 are
modifications for sufficient wheel coverage and
clearance required:
- Proof: speed sensor within the allowed tolerance
- Wheel cover must be made on front axle (30°
front / 50° rear)
- Wheel cover must be made on the rear axle
(rear 50°)
- Fender edges on front axle to bend in the range
45° front and rear wheel centre
- Wheel house edges are to flare on front axle to
10 mm (fender)
- Fender front, create edge and inner fender
customize and enable
- Inner fender front, warm deformation and
customize
