Die Inhaber der Zertifikate werden hiermit darüber informiert, dass per 02.02.2016 die Bwin.Party
Digital Entertainment PLC mit GVC Holdings PLC fusioniert. Der Wert der Aktie Bwin.Party Digital
Entertainment PLC wird daher auf Basis der Schlusskurse vom 28.01.2016 auf die restlichen im Basket
verbleibenden Aktien zu der jeweils gültigen Gewichtung aufgeteilt. Die Stückanzahl der verbleibenden
Aktien wird daher per 29.01.2016 wie folgt festgelegt:

The Certificateholders are hereby informed that as of 2 February 2016 Bwin.Party Digital Entertainment
PLC merges with GVC Holdings PLC. Therefore based on the closing prices as of 28 January 2016 the
value of the Share Bwin.Party Digital Entertainment PLC will be distributed to the Shares remaining in the
Basket according to their respective weightings. The Number of Shares of the remaining Shares has
been determined as of 29 January 2016 as follows:
