Diversifikation im Bereich der eigenen Verpackungsmaschinen als führendes
Unternehmen bei Schrumpffolien- und Kartonagenverpackungs- maschinen ausgezeichnet und sich für Aufgabenstellungen in verschiedenen Warenbereichen (Flaschenabfüllung, Konservenverpackung, Lebensmittel, PET Food, pharmazeutischer
Bereich etc.) weiterentwickelt.
Die eigene Produktion beinhaltet eine breite Palette an Folieneinschlagmaschinen
für Schrumpffolie, (Wrap-Around) Kartonverpackungsmaschinen, Trayfaltung so wie
kombinierte Varianten für vollautomatische Linien.
Durch ständige innovative Erweiterung und die Entwicklung neuer mechanischer
und elektronischer Systeme zur Optimierung des eigenen Produkts bietet DIMAC
heute wirtschaftliche, moderne und technisch ausgereifte Lösungen in diesen Bereichen. Individuelle und kundenorientierte Lösungen bilden heute den Fokus bei der
Produktion unserer Verpackungsmaschinen, unabhängig davon ob diese eine “Insellösung darstellen oder in Linien integriert arbeiten.

AETNA GROUP erzeugt und vertreibt weltweit Maschinen für die Umhüllung und Verpackung mit Stretchfolie, Schrumpfbündelmaschinen, Schrumpffolien-Verpackungsmaschinen, Kartonverpackungsmaschinen
und Bandwickelmaschinen.
Der Konzern beschäftigt 400 Mitarbeiter, wovon 80 Techniker mit dem Kundendienst
beauftragt sind. Bei einem Jahresumsatz von über 80 Millionen Euro wurden bereits
100.000 Maschinen in alle Welt verkauft und installiert.
Der Konzern baut auf vier Produktionswerken (ROBOPAC, ROBOPAC SISTEMI, DIMAC
und PRASMATIC) einer Joint Venture in Indien und einem Netz mir über 400 Vertretern und Händlern sowie 5 Filialen in Frankreich, Großbritannien, Deutschland, Vereinigten Staaten und Russland.
Die Firma AETNAGROUP erhält die Anerkennung vom TÜV ITALIEN, da ihre Organisation dem Standard ISO 9001 bezüglich Planung, Produktion, Installation und Kundendienst im Verpackungsmaschinenbereich entspricht.
Since joining the AETNA GROUP in 1989, DIMAC has succeeded, renewing and
diversifying the own production, to become a leader for the wrapping with shrink
film and cartooning, supplying machines to a wide and diverse range of industries
(bottling, preserves, food, pet food, pharmaceutical, etc...).
The production range includes shrink wrapping machines with film thrusting system,
wrap-around case packers, tray packers and combined lines. This success has been
achieved through continua investment in research and development, resulting in improvements in overall design and mechanical and electrical specifications. Also, by
fully understanding and keeping abreast of the constant evolution within packaging,
DIMAC is able to supply original and leading edge technical solutions, at all times.
Along the way, it was essential that a detailed study of market dynamics together
with an analysis of our own customer’s requirements and observation were carried
out to ensure that we continue to supply specific market needs.
We are therefore able to provide tailor-made project solutions, supplying versatile
machines to customers, manufacturers and engineers, each of whom will have differing needs and aspirations.
Aetna Group produces and sells on a worldwide basis stretch film wrapping machinery, bundlers, shrink film wrappers, cartoning and taping machines.
The Group counts over 400 employees of which 80 servicemen engaged in the After
Sales Department. More than 100.000 machines sold and installed worldwide with
a yearly turnover of over 80 million Euros.

AETNA GROUP received from TÜV ITALIA the acknowledgement for the adequateness of its organization to the ISO 9001 standards for what concerns design, manufacture, installation and assistance servicing on the packaging machines.

LASER
Ist im Hause DIMAC die neueste Entwicklung um den Bereich der Schrumpfpacker zu komplettieren. Die neue LASER Serie bietet durch wertige Ausführung
und technische Details ein Segment im unteren und mittleren Leistungsbereich.
Durch die Verwendung von bereits vorhandenen Baugruppen konnte somit
ein komplettes Einsatzgebiet definiert werden. Die neue LASER zeichnet sich
zudem durch ein stimmiges Design und leichte Bedienbarkeit aus. Besondere
Aufmerksamkeit galt der Schweiß- und Trennvorrichtung der Folie die sich hier
für unterschiedlichste Produkte eignet.
Die LASER Maschinen sind in folgenden Versionen erhältlich:
LASER F - nur Folie, bis 20 Takte/min.
LASER P - Folie und Kartonagen-Pad, bis 20 Takte/min.
LASER T - Folie, Kartonagen-Pad und Kartonagen-Tray, bis 20 Takte/min.
LASER is DIMAC’s new innovation to complete the bundling machine range. The
new LASER series guaranteed high performance with innovative technical solution keeping the pace with demands for medium-low capabilities. The components and technical solution already installed on other group machines have led
to the achievement of important standardisation and industrialisation goals.
The LASER series has an innovative design and was conceived to be easy to
use and install with better machine parameter control through the touch screen
operator panel. The utmost attention was paid to the film welding and cutting
phase by a height adjustable welder that provides the best performance
with the various processed products.

über die Systemsteuerung geändert werden.
SEPARATION SYSTEM

LAGERUNG VON LEEREN SCHACHTELN
Tabletts oder Pads aus dem Magazin abgeholt

ausgestattet, um das Vakuum und die einschlägigen Saugnäpfen zu schaffen.
BLANK MAGASINE
Trays or pads are pick up from the magasine by a
special arm equipped with a “Venturi” system to
create the vacuum and relevant suction cups.
SCHRUMPFTUNNEL
Die hohe Isolierung garantiert maximale Leistung
mit bedeutender Energieersparnis.
Die inneren Luftflüsse sind je nach den verschiedenen Konfigurationen für eine perfekte
Schrumpfung an jeder Bündelstelle einstellbar.
Das Kühlsystem am Tunnelausgang besteht aus
einem oben angebrachten Ventilator, der die
Temperatur des Bündels stabilisiert, damit dieses
sich nicht zerlegt.
THERMO SHRINK TUNNEL
High insulation guarantees the maximum performance and minimises energy losses. The utmost
attention was paid to internal air flows of the
tunnel in order to assure the best shrink quality of
any type of bundle. The cooling system at tunnel
outfeed is made of an fan installed in the upper
part to stabilize the temperature of the pack avoiding any distortion.

leichten Einstellung über Handräder und Digitalzähler werden der Ladevorgang und der Formatwechsel bedeutend erleichtert und beschleunigt.
Die Schalenformung erfolgt über Dauerbewegung und die installierten Erfassungssysteme
garantieren maximale Kontrolle und Sicherheit in
jeder Phase.
TRAY FORMATION GROUP
Thanks to the high capacity and the hand wheels
and digital counter adjustment, the blanks loading and the size change are very easy and rapid.
The tray formation is done in continuous and the
maximum control and safety is granted by the
detection system.

Pneumatic agitation device that ensures the
smooth flow of the products into each lane of

Trays or pads are transferred from the blank magasine by a meccanical rise system and are positioned under the product.
