Der covertec Bithalter mit Magnet ermöglicht die Verwendung
von Standard-Bits, die durch die covertec Umhüllung optimal
geschützt sind und beim Abrutschen keine Kratzer auf dem
Montagestück hinterlassen. Durch den eingebauten Magneten
werden die Schrauben optimal gehalten.

The covertec bit holder with magnet allows the use of standard
bits, which are optimally safed due to the covertec sheath
and doesn`t leave any scratches on the assembly plant in cases
of slipping. As a consequence of the integrated magnets,
screws are held in an optimal way.

covertec bits with protective sleeve provide an optimum protection
against damages for your products. Additionally to the protection
function, a magnet is integrated into the sleeve. covertec bits
are part of the standard tools of every production in the car industry. The protective sleeves of covertec bits can be replaced
if necessary. Simply press the new protective sleeve on the bit.

Der covertec Maschineneinsatz – bestehend aus Steckschlüssel
und Schutzhülse – mit drehbarem Lackschutz ist mit einer
Kunststoffhülse ummantelt, die die Funktionalität des Steckschlüssel zusätzlich unterstützt. Die Hülse ist drehbar gelagert
und so ausgeführt, dass die Nuss das Montagestück nicht direkt
berühren kann. Sollte die Hülse beschädigt sein, kann sie
leicht entfernt und eine neue Schutzhülse aufgesteckt werden.
The covertec sockets – consisting of socket spanner and protective sleeve – with rotating finish protection is sheathed of a
plastic sleeve, which also supports the functionality of the socket
spanner. The sleeve is mounted revolvable in a way, that it is
impossible for the socket to touch the assembly plant directly.
If the sleeve is damaged, it can easily be removed and replaced
by the attachement of a new protective sleeve.

Die covertec Verlängerung mit drehbarer Schutzhülse. Die drehbare Lackschutzhülse verhindert zuverlässig das Beschädigen
der Werkstückoberfläche. Die von der Verlängerung entkoppelte
Schutzhülse verhindert sicher das Erfassen von Gliedmaßen
(Hände) beim Montageprozess. Deshalb finden diese Werkzeuge
auch als Sicherheitsverlängerungen Ihre Anwendungen.

The covertec extension with revolvable protective sleeve.
The revolvable paint protection sleeve avoids reliable damages
on the assembly plant surface. The protective sleeve is
decoupled from the extension, and prevents therefore the
capture of limbs (hands) during the process of assembly.
That is the reason why these tools are also used as safety
extensions.

Die Werkzeug-Gürteltasche wurde speziell für die Anforderungen der Automobilbranche entwickelt. Sie bietet Platz für viele
Werkzeuge, und deckt selbst große Werkzeuge komplett ab.
Die Beweglichkeit wird nicht eingeschränkt. Ein Verlust von
Werkzeugen wird durch den festen Verschluss minimiert – Lackschäden durch offen getragenes Werkzeug werden vermieden.

common assembly tools. They are an essential component of

Mit den Werkzeugkisten aus der covertec-Serie der ekatec
GmbH erhalten Sie ein Aufbewahrungssystem für Ihr
Werkzeug und Montagematerial, das nicht nur Ordnung,
sondern zusätzlich auch noch eine Schutzfunktion während
des Montageprozesses gegen Lack- und Oberflächenschäden bietet. Kratzer aufgrund eines unbeabsichtigten
Vorbeistreifens mit der Werkzeugkiste an der Karosserie
gehören der Vergangenheit an. Auch beim Abstellen der
Werkzeugkiste, beispielsweise auf Karosserieteilen,
schützt der Überzug der Werkzeugkiste zuverlässig vor
Kratzern. Es stehen Ihnen 3 verschiedene Tragekästen
mit unterschiedlichen Einsätzen und der jeweiligen
Schutzhülle sowie Textilummantelung für Ihr Werkzeug
zur Verfügung.
The toolboxes of the covertec series from ekatec-GmbH provide
a system for keeping your tools and assembly equipment,
which does not only keep them in order. They also offer an
additional protection against damages to paint and surface
during the assembly process. Scratches caused by accidentally
scraping of the toolbox against the bodywork are now a thing
of the past. Also in cases of putting the toolbox down on parts
of the bodywork, the cover provides a reliable protection
against scratches. There are 3 different carrying cases with
different inserts and protective sleeves available, as well as
a fabric cover for your tools.
