Präzisionsschneiden mit dem Ergebnis glattester Oberflächen
Seit 20 Jahren liefert SATO weltweit innovative Systemlösungen für Schneidanlagen in höchster
Qualität. Unsere Entwicklungen entwerfen wir gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden mit dem Ziel,
kundennah abgestimmte Prozesse schnell, kostengünstig und somit wettbewerbsfähig anbieten
zu können.
Die SATRONIK_WS ist ein Wasserstrahl-Maschinenkonzept das sowohl höchste Präzision als
auch Schnelligkeit verbindet.
Die Satronik_WS glänzt - dank verschleißfreiem Linearantrieb - durch ruckelfreie Bewegung
ab 2 mm/min Vorschub. Gleichzeitig ist eine Positioniergeschwindigkeit im Eilgang mit bis zu
60 m/min möglich. Das Ergebnis sind Schnittoberflächen höchster Güte.

For 20 years, SATO has been a worldwide supplier of innovative system solutions for cutting machines
of superior quality. We design our machines in cooperation with our customers so as to be able to supply
customized processes fast, at favourable costs, and thus in a competitive manner.
SATRONIK_WS is a water jet machine concept combining maximum precision with high speed.
Owing to its wear-free linear drive, SATRONIK_WS distinguishes itself by judder-free movement as from
2 mm/min speed. At the same time, a positioning speed in rapid motion of up to 60 m/min is possible.
This ensures cutting surfaces of superior quality.
SATRONIK_WS is available in track widths of 1.5 m and above. Cutting lengths of up to 8 m are
standard. We also supply customized dimensions to meet your requirements.

Geschwindigkeit, Stabilität und Präzision
in Kombination mit einem innovativen Antrieb
Die ausgezeichnete Präzision der SATRONIK_WS beruht einerseits auf der verwindungssteifen Portalbrücke, und andererseits auf der Innovation im Schneidsystembereich - dem Linearantrieb.
Der Linearantrieb der SATRONIK_WS ist extrem wartungsarm und verschleißfrei.
Reibungslos, schnell und punktgenau gleitet die WS in der Führungsbahn.

Die Querführung ist ebenfalls mit Linearantrieben versehen. Jeder Schneidwagen

verfügt über einen eigenen Linearmotor. Dadurch ist eine flexibele Positionierung
jedes Wagens möglich. Das Ergebnis der Bauweise und des Antriebs sind präziseste
Schnittqualitäten bei allen von Wasserstrahl schneidbaren Materialien.

The excellent precision of SATRONIK_WS is on the one hand due to the warpresistant gantry bridge, and on the other hand to the innovation in the cutting
system – the linear drive.
The linear drive of SATRONIK_WS is extremely low-maintenance and wear-free.
The WS moves smoothly, rapidly and precisely in the track. The transverse guide
is also equipped with linear drives. Each cutting carriage is driven by its own
linear motor which ensures the flexible positioning of each cutting carriage.
This construction and drive system ensures the most precise cutting quality for
all materials which can be cut by water jet.
