Professional Replacement of Ball Bearings
T Passende Hakengröße auswählen
und 1. Hakenfuß leicht in den
Außenring fixieren.
Select the correct hook size and insert the first
hook foot without force in the outside ring.
T Spindel und Kopf mittig zentrieren
und 1. Haken in die Nut einsetzen.
Centre the spindle and head and place
the first hook in the slot.
T Weiteren Haken ins Kugellager setzen
und durch leichte Neigbewegung im
Kopf arretieren.
Place a further hook in the ball bearing and
lock them in place in the head by a slight
tilting movement.
T Dritten und ggfs. auch vierten Haken einhängen.
Spindel leicht vorspannen. Haken richten sich
selbständig aus und fixieren sich.
Insert the third - and, if necessary, the
fourth hook. Pretension the spindle
slightly. The hooks are selfaligning and
will lock into position automatically.
T Kopfplatte mit Schlüssel kontern und über
Drehbewegung der Spindel das Lager
kontrolliert abziehen.
Using a spanner, lock the head plate into
position with the nut, and then turn the spindle
to make a controlled extraction of the bearing.
