El clima mediterráneo, los deportes acuáticos, la gastronomía, el golf, el arte, la his-‐ toria y sobre todo la belleza y la tranquilidad hacen de la isla un lugar perfecto para pasar largas temporadas en ella. A dos horas de avión de las principales ciuda-‐ des europeas, Mallorca cuenta con más de 30 campos de golf de primera categoría operati-‐ vos durante todo el año, la mayoría con res-‐ taurantes y otras facilidades de alto nivel. Sólo en las cercanías del complejo residencial Son Vida, a cinco minutos del centro de Palma, co-‐ existen tres de los campos con más reputación, Son Vida, Son Muntaner y Son Quint. Aunque también en los campos de Bendinat, Andratx y Santa Ponça se puede disfrutar del golf en un entorno incomparable, a muy poca distancia de exclusivas zonas residenciales. Los deportes náuticos son otra de las activida-‐ des con gran tradición en la isla, en la que se organizan regatas de la categoría de la Copa del Rey de Vela o la Super Yacht Cup. Luego ambientes como el de Puerto Portals, con sus exquisitas tiendas y restaurantes, ofrecen tan-‐ to al residente como al visitante una calidad de vida incomparable. The Mediterranean climate, the water sports, the gastronomy, golf, art, history and above all the beauty and tranquillity of the island make it the perfect place in which to spend long spells of time. Two hours away by plane from the main ci-‐ ties of Europe, Mallorca has over 30 first-‐ rate golf courses which function all year round, most of them with restaurants and other top-‐class facilities. Near the Son Vida residential complex alone, five minu-‐ tes from the centre of Palma, three of the most reputed courses co-‐exist -‐ Son Vida, Son Muntaner and Son Quint. Although on the courses of Bendinat, Andratx and Santa Ponça one can also enjoy golf in unbeatable surroundings, very close to exclusive resi-‐ dential zones. Water sports are another of the activities with a great tradition on the island, where important regattas like the Sailing Copa del Rey or the Super Yacht Cup are held. And then atmospheres like that of Puerto Portals, with its exquisite shops and restaurants, offer both residents and visitors an incom-‐ parable quality of life. The museums Es Ba-‐ luard, Caixa Forum, Casal Solleric and the Centro de Arte Contemporáneo de Andratx (CCA) enable one to visit local, national and international exhibitions all 12 months of the year. In short, it is no wonder that there is cu-‐ rrently such a demand to purchase a second home on Mallorca, the authentic paradise of the Mediterranean. DER ZWEITWOHNSITZ AUF MALLORCA. Ma-‐ llorca ist ein Paradies, immer mehr Familien aus ganz Europa wollen hier ihren zweiten Wohnsitz etablieren. Das mediterrane Klima, der Wasser-‐ und Golfsport, die regionale Kü-‐ che, die Kunst, die Geschichte und vor allem die Schönheit und Ruhe prädestinieren die Insel als idealen Ort für längere Aufenthalte. In nur zwei Stunden Flugzeit von den wichti-‐ ¡ é¡ϐ Mallorca 30 Golfplätze erster Güte, die das ganze Jahr geöffnet sind; die meisten von ih-‐ nen verfügen über Restaurants und hochwer-‐ tige Anlagen. Allein in unmittelbarer Nähe der Luxussiedlung Son Vida, nur fünf Minuten vom Palmesaner Stadtzentrum, liegen drei der prestigeträchtigsten Courts: Son Vida, Son Muntaner und Son Quint. Wassersport hat eine große Tradition auf der Insel, die Gastgeber renommierter Regatten wie der Königlichen Segelregatta oder des Su-‐ peryacht Cup ist. Nicht zu vergessen das exklu-‐ sive Ambiente im Hafen von Puerto Portals mit Luxusgeschäften und Gourmet-‐Restaurants, wo Besucher und Einheimische dem la dolçe vida frönen. Für Kunstinteressierte bieten die Museen Es Baluard, Caixa Forum, Casal Solleric oder Centro de Arte Contemporáneo Andratx (CCA) das ganze Jahr über Ausstellungen loka-‐ ler, spanischer oder internationaler Künstler. Es ist also nicht verwunderlich, dass die Na-‐ chfrage nach einem Zweitwohnsitz auf Mallor-‐ ca stetig hoch ist. Schließlich ist die Insel das Paradies des Mittelmeeres schlechthin.
