FLAVOURS FROM THE SEA TO THE KARST
GAUMENFREUDEN ZWISCHEN MEER UND KARST
La Provincia di Trieste presenta un
ricco calendario di iniziative, raccolte nella
denominazione ‘I sapori tra mare e Carso’, che si
svolgono presso il Centro di Promozione Territoriale
di Sistiana.
La struttura degli eventi è costituita da tre momenti
principali: una presentazione dell’offerta turistica e
territoriale, una lezione di cucina con creazione di
menù e degustazioni e, al termine, incontri con i
produttori locali.
Molti appuntamenti sono affiancati da mostre,
conferenze o escursioni, curate da esperti e guide.
Ogni incontro infatti è studiato per suscitare
un legame emozionale con il territorio e le sue
tradizioni, attraverso il coinvolgimento di tutti i
sensi: il gusto e l’olfatto, stuzzicati dai sapori e dai
profumi delle pietanze create durante le lezioni di
cucina; la vista, deliziata dalle opere esposte nelle
mostre e dai panorami delle escursioni; l’udito e
il tatto, stimolati dalle parole degli esperti e dai
prodotti in esposizione.
Un territorio, quindi, che si apre, in tutte le sue
sfaccettature, a chiunque abbia voglia di conoscerlo,
di gustarlo, di amarlo.
Pokrajina Trst predstavlja bogat razpored
pobud, ki so združene pod skupni imenovalec z naslovom
Okusi med morjem in Krasom. Dogodki se bodo odvijali
v Centru za teritorialno promocijo v Sesljanu.
Potek prireditev zajema tri glavne trenutke: predstavitev
turistične in teritorialne ponudbe, lekcijo kuharstva
z ustvarjanjem menijev in degustacij, ob koncu pa še
srečanje z lokalnimi proizvajalci. Veliko teh dogodkov
spremljajo razstave, konference in izleti, ki jih bodo
vodili strokovnjaki oziroma vodiči.
Vsako srečanje je namreč zamišljeno, da poudari
čustveno vez z ozemljem in z njegovo tradicijo, in sicer
z uporabo vseh čutil: najprej okusa in voha - dišanje
in pokušanje jedi, ki jih udeleženci pripravljajo na
kuharskih lekcijah, spodbujata ti dve čutili; nato vida, ki
bo prehajal od izdelkov na razstavi pa do panoramskih
pogledov na izletih; pa še sluha in tipa - zadnja dva
bosta zaznala besede strokovnjakov in pridelke ali
proizvode na razstavi.
To je torej prostor, ki se odpira vsem pogledom in komur
koli ga želi spoznati, okusiti in vzljubiti.
The Province of Trieste presents a rich
calendar of activities, with the title “Flavours from the
Sea to the Karst”, that will take place at the Centre for
Local Promotion in Sistiana.
The organisation of the events consists of three main
steps: the presentation of local tourist attractions, a
cooking lesson with preparation of a menu and tasting
and, to conclude, meetings with local producers.
Many of the events are held alongside exhibitions,
conferences and excursions, organised by experts
and guides. In fact, each event is intended to arouse
an emotional tie with the local area and its traditions,
through the senses: taste and smell, whetted by the
flavours and smells of the dishes created during the
cooking lessons; sight will be pleased by the works
shown at the exhibitions and by the landscapes of the
excursions; hearing and touch, stimulated by the words
of the experts and the products on show.
An area, therefore, that opens itself, in all its facets, to
anyone who wants to know it, to taste it, to love it.
Die Provinz Triest präsentiert einen
umfangreichen Veranstaltungskalender unter dem Titel
“Gaumenfreuden zwischen Meer und Karst”. Alle
Veranstaltungen finden im Zentrum für Raumförderung
(Centro di Promozione Territoriale) in Sistiana statt.
Die Veranstaltungen sind in drei Teile gegliedert:
Zuerst gibt es eine Präsentation des touristischen
und territorialen Angebots, danach folgt ein kleiner
Kochkurs mit der Kreation von Menüs und Verkostungen
und am Ende finden Begegnungen mit lokalen
Erzeugern statt. Viele Veranstaltungen werden durch
Ausstellungen, Vorträge oder Wanderungen bereichert,
die jeweils von Experten und sachkundigen Führern
geleitet werden. Jede Begegnung soll eine emotionale
Verbindung zu diesem Gebiet und seinen Traditionen
auslösen, indem alle Sinne angesprochen werden:
Der Geschmacks- und Geruchssinn werden von den
Düften und Geschmacksnoten der in den Kochkursen
zubereiteten Gerichte angesprochen, der Gesichtssinn
wird durch die in den Ausstellungen zu sehenden Werke
und die schönen Aussichten auf den Spaziergängen
beglückt und der Gehör- und Tastsinn werden durch die
Worte der Experten und die ausgestellten Erzeugnisse
angeregt. Ein Gebiet, das sich neugierigen Besuchern
mit all seiner Vielseitigkeit öffnet und dazu einlädt, es
kennen, schmecken und lieben zu lernen.
