Monatsbefragung des Deutsche Hypo Immobilienkonjunktur-Index zeigt, dass die Experten der deutschen Immobilienwirtschaft die aktuelle Lage weiterhin als stabil einschätzen. Der Stimmungseinbruch aus dem April setzt sich nicht fort, sondern das Immobilienklima klettert um 4,8 Prozent auf sehr gute 139,5 Zählerpunkte, den zweithöchsten Wert im laufenden Jahr. Die positiven Konjunkturrahmenbedingungen und die allgemein gute Verfassung des deutschen Immobilienmarktes ermöglichen diese positive Trendwende. Die Entwicklung wird dabei zu einem Großteil durch ein erheblich besseres Ertragsklima beeinflusst. Mit 133,4 Zählerpunkten (Vormonat: 124,8; +6,9 %) konnten im Mai die April-Verluste wieder ausgeglichen und ein höheres Niveau als im März erreicht werden. Auch das Investmentklima liegt mit einem Plus von 2,8 Prozent und nunmehr 145,8 Zählerpunkten wieder über dem März-Wert. IMMOBILIENKLIMA BIS MAI 2016 Liebe Leserinnen, liebe Leser, nach der hundertsten Ausgabe des Deutsche Hypo-Index im vergangenen Monat zeigt sich das Immobilienklima im Mai frühlingshaft. Mit einer Steigerung um 4,8 Prozent auf 139,5 Zählerpunkte belegt es Platz 2 der in diesem Jahr verzeichneten Werte. Auch die Immobilienkonjunktur steigt – zwar nur leicht – um 0,1 Prozent auf 275,5 Zählerpunkte und stabilisiert sich damit. Die Geschäfte laufen und der Immobilienmarkt ist nach wie vor von positiven Rahmenbedingungen und nachhaltiger Stabilität geprägt. So verzeichnen alle Asset-Klassen diesen Monat Zuwächse. Das Handelklima registriert sogar einen neuen Jahreshöchstwert mit 124,8 Zählern und auch Hotel- und Logistikimmobilien behaupten sich weiter. Das zeigt sich beeindruckend am Hotelklima, das wir seit sechs Monaten untersuchen und welches im Mai – wie das Handelklima – seinen bisherigen Jahreshöchststand von 146,2 Zählerpunkten erreicht.
