The Case Against 8: Screening & Panel
Milken Institute School of Public Health, Auditorium 100,

Allied in Pride presents a screening of The Case Against 8,
a documentary five years in the making that follows the legal battle to
overturn California’s ban on same-sex marriage at the U.S. Supreme
Court. Following the screening will be a panel moderated by Professor
Stephen Forssell, director of the GW LGBTQ Graduate Certificate
program. Panelists include Kris Perry and Sandy Stier, plaintiffs for
Perry v. Hollingsworth, and Chad Griffin, president of the Human
Rights Campaign. This event is free and open to the public. For more

Film Series

Using the Arts to Improve the Care
of Older Adults
