Commonly known as a drinking club with a running problem, we meet every Saturday to run or walk depending on your capabilities. With over 2,000 groups worldwide, the HASH is an international disorganization of

garanta a organização e conservação de toda a documentação da Direcção Académica garantindo, desta feita, o acesso mais rápido e fiável
à informação pretendida e prestação de serviços de qualidade. Neste âmbito, convida a profissionais individuais qualificados na área de
arquivos para se candidatarem, até ao dia ____/____/de 2009. O candidato com melhor perfil será convidado a uma visita à Direcção
Académica da USTM para uma observação da situação actual dos arquivos e apresentação, uma semana após a visita, de uma proposta
técnica. Actividades— O contratado deverá realizar, entre outras, as seguintes tarefas:
Efectuar uma análise geral do fluxo documental da Direcção Académica e estruturar os processos dos estudantes e serviços técnicos de
arquivo;
Organizar as rotinas de protocolo e de arquivo de documentos;
Elaborar instrumentos de gestão de documentos da Direcção Académica(guias, inventários, catálogos e índices);
Orientar a organização dos documentos;
Montagem do Arquivo Geral da Direcção Académica da USTM;
Organizar o Arquivo Morto;
Capacitar os funcionários do Registo Académico sobre estratégias de arquivo de documentos;
Propor normas e procedimentos para o funcionamento pleno de arquivo.
Condições exigidas : Mestre ou licenciado em documentação, com experiência comprovada. Os interessados deverão endereçar uma carta de manifestação de interesse à Direcção Académica, acompanhada do CV.

implement a management system of its archives that will guarantee organization and preservation of all documents, and in

Functions:
Inspect and analyze the Document cycle and structure all students’ files and technical services of the archive,
• Organize protocol routines and archive of documents,
• Design management instruments of document archive,
• Supervise the organization of all documents,
• Create and Install the General Archive of the University,
• Train staff to use the correct strategies and techniques to store documents, and
• Propose the correct procedures for the perfect functioning of the Archive.
