The Intel® XMM™ 2230/2250 series is based on single-chip,
65 nm CMOS technology, integrating EDGE baseband and RF,
audio, power management, Bluetooth* and FM radio on a
single chip.
It sets new standards, underscoring Intel’s strong position
in System-on-Chip (SoC) integration. This highly integrated
platform enables faster time-to-market, while the compact
layout provides a very high degree of design flexibility.
