CORRESPONDENCE:
MARTIN C. ROTHFELDER, ESQ. – Rothfelder Stern, L.L.C., 625 Central
Avenue, Westfield, NJ 07090 – Letter to the Supervisor requesting the Town of
Warwick Town Board pass a resolution terminating the Hometown, Online, Inc.,
cable television business effective June 28, 2012.
JEFFREY FEAGLES – Commissioner, Department of Public Works –
Memo to the Town Board requesting the transfer of $440.00 from minor sales
(A00.00.2655.000) to signs (A00.00.3310.437).
KURT WICKHAM – Director of Transportation, Town of Warwick Dial-ABus – Memo to the Town Board requesting that Amada Jo Specht and Kelly Riat be
appointed as part time clerks for the Dial-A-Bus effective April 30, 2011.

Department – Letter to the Town Board requesting to fill the vacant part time police
officer position with Peter Guastmacchia effective May 30, 2011.

Supervisor giving formal notification of his intent to resign as a laborer from the Town of
Warwick Department of Public Works effective April 30, 2011.
WENDI CHASON – Director of Development and Public Relations, Occupations
Inc., - Letter to the Town Clerk advising her that Occupations, Inc. and the Orange County
Bicycle Club will be holding their 2011 Country Roads Fall Foliage Bike Tour on Sunday,
September 18, 2011 starting at the Warwick Valley High School at 7:30 a.m. Please contact

ADAM FILIPOWSKI – P.O. Box 25, Greenwood Lake, NY 10925 – Letter to the
Supervisor suggesting in addition to a guard rail along East Shore Road the speed limit
should be reduced from 30 mph to 25 mph and also on Ten Eyck, Sterling and Edgemere.
Also, wherever possible, we should have 5 to 10 foot minimum shoulders on each side of the
paved road and remove any and all obstructions within these areas.
TOM AND DIANE JEFFERY – 6 Wilder Circle, Warwick, NY 10990 – Letter to
the Supervisor regarding the visual impact of the cell phone tower on town property next
to Price Chopper and the potential health risks on our housing development and nearby
elementary school.
EILEEN ASTORINO – Asst. Secretary, Town of Warwick Building
Department – Letter to the Supervisor and Town Board requesting a refund on the
balance of an escrow in the amount of $500.00 to a Building Department Applicant,
MB Homes of Newburgh LLC.

Coates Drive, Suite 2, Goshen, NY 10924 – Letter to the Supervisor regarding the
comments and concerns from the residents from the public hearing for Warwick Isle
Subdivision located on County Route 1 and Merrits Island Road in the Town of Warwick
requesting the Town ask the Orange County Department of Public Works reduce the speed
limit on County Route 1 and eliminate an existing passing lane.
