Conexión a la red
Conecte el aparato en una toma de corriente bien accesible de 230 V ~ 50 Hz y cercana al lugar de trabajo.
La toma de corriente debe estar bien accesible para poder desenchufar el aparato sin problemas.
Después de cada uso y antes de cada limpieza, desconéctelo siempre.
Desconecte el aparato tirando de la clavija, no tirando
del cable.
Para ponerlo en funcionamiento desenrolle siempre el
cable completamente.
No doble o aplaste el cable de red.
El cable de red no deberá entrar en contacto con la cuchilla durante el funcionamiento.
Preste atención a que el cable de red no entre en contacto con objetos o superficies (p.ej. la placa de cocción).
No permita que el cable de red o el bloque de motor
entren en contacto con agua u otros líquidos.

Advertencias de seguridad

Utilizar la batidora de forma segura
Evite cualquier contacto con piezas móviles. ¡Las cuchillas del brazo batidor están muy afiladas!
Con este aparato solamente se debe tratar alimentos en
cantidades para el consumo privado.
No utilice la batidora durante nunca más de 1 minuto ininterrumpidamente; después de esta duración de utilización deje que el aparato se enfríe a la temperatura
ambiental antes de volver a ponerlo en funcionamiento.
Los alimentos duros, como p.ej. zanahorias, se deben
tratar en intervalos de 10 segundos para evitar un sobrecalentamiento.
Antes de quitar o colocar el brazo batidor, desenchufe el
aparato de la red. ¡No lo enchufe si el brazo batidor aún
no está completamente montado!
No efectúe nunca Usted mismo la reparación del aparato
En caso de desperfectos en la clavija, en el cable de
conexión o en el aparato, desenchúfelo inmediatamente.
No intente en ningún caso abrir o arreglar Usted mismo
el aparato. Existe el peligro de recibir una descarga eléctrica. En caso de mal funcionamiento del aparato, diríjase
al Medion Service Center o a otro taller especializado.
Si el cable de conexión está dañado, el fabricante o su

UTILIZACIÓN
Ámbitos de aplicación / utilización adecuada
Este aparato está destinado exclusivamente para el uso doméstico.
Su aparato ha sido construido para tratar alimentos en cantidades
para el consumo privado. No utilice el aparato para fines comerciales.
Ámbitos de aplicación
• La batidora es adecuada para la elaboración de salsas, sopas, comida para bebés, batidos, etc.. Con la batidora se pueden hacer
purés con alimentos blandos como fruta, verdura y líquidos y removerlos. Los alimentos duros deben ser cocidos antes de utilizar
la batidora y los trozos grandes deberán ser cortados. Si desea
elaborar mayonesa, por favor, utilice huevos enteros.
• La batidora es ideal para la preparación de crema, batir huevos o
preparar tartas.
Antes de su primera utilización
• Antes de su primera utilización limpie el brazo batidor
y el vaso mezclador con un detergente para vajilla comercial normal.
¡CUIDADO! ¡Al limpiarla no toque la cuchilla del
brazo batidor! ¡Existe peligro de lesionarse!.
Utilización
Para evitar salpicaduras o que el alimento a tratar se derrame:
• Prepare los alimentos que desea batir o hacer puré en
el vaso mezclador suministrado u otro recipiente adecuado (p.ej. vaso dosificador, olla alta, etc.).
• Observe la altura de llenado del recipiente mezclador,
especialmente en caso de líquidos (p.ej. leche, sopas,
salsas) ya que con ellos existe un elevado peligro de
derrame o salpicaduras.
• Conecte o desconecte el aparato solamente cuando
este se encuentre dentro del alimento a batir.

Montar y desmontar el brazo de la batidora
• Pulse el bloque de motor
con pieza del mango, como
se muestra en la imagen A,
desde arriba del brazo de la
batidora hasta que escuche
un sonido de acoplamiento.
• Para separar el brazo de la
batidora del bloque del motor, pulse ambos botones de
parada, como se indica en la
imagen B, juntos y separe el
bloque del motor del brazo de la batidora.
Montar y desmontar la batidora
• Pulse la batidora en el soporte del soporte de la batidora, hasta que escuche un sonido de acoplamiento.
Coloque a continuación, como se muestra en la
imagen A, el bloque del motor en el soporte de la batidora hasta que se acoplen.
• Para separar el soporte de la batidora del bloque del
motor, pulse ambos botones de parada, como se
muestra en la imagen b, y tire de ellos para separarlos.
El soporte del soporte de la batidora y la batidora se
separarán.

Utilización

Poner en marcha el aparato
• Enchúfelo en una toma de corriente bien accesible.
• Sumerja el brazo batidor en los alimentos a batir.
• Pulse bien el interruptor I ó II para hacer funcionar el
aparato con un número de revoluciones más bajo o alto. El aparato solamente permanece funcionando
mientras se apriete el interruptor.
¡ADVERTENCIA! Si utiliza el brazo batidor directamente en una olla, preste atención a que el
brazo batidor no se caliente demasiado.
¡CUIDADO! No trate alimentos congelados, muy
duros o altamente calentados a una temperatura
de más de 80º C.
¡CUIDADO! Al tratar alimentos calientes existe el
peligro de escaldarse por salpicaduras de líquidos o por el vaso mezclador u olla.

Utilización
Limpieza y cuidado
Antes de limpiar el aparato, desenchúfelo sin falta y retire
el brazo batidor del bloque de motor.
¡CUIDADO! ¡No sumerja nunca en agua el bloque de motor ni el cable de red!
Use a dry, soft cloth to clean the motor unit section. Do
not use chemical solutions and cleaning products because these may damage the unit's surface and/or inscriptions. Wash the removable section and accessories
(blender attachment, mixing beaker) with standard washing-up liquid.

El brazo batidor y el vaso mezclador no son aptos para el

Si ha tratado alimentos muy salados, se debería aclarar el

Si trata alimentos que tiñen, el plástico de las piezas del
aparato se puede teñir. En caso necesario, friegue el plástico teñido con aceite vegetal antes de limpiar las piezas. Estos cambios de color son inofensivos.

Embalaje
Su batidora está embalada para protegerla contra
eventuales daños durante el transporte. Los embalajes
son materias primas y por ello son reutilizables o aptos
para ser devueltos al ciclo de reciclaje de materias primas.
Aparato
No tire bajo ningún concepto su batidora al final de su
vida útil a la basura doméstica normal. Consulte en su
ayuntamiento o autoridad local la posibilidad de una
eliminación apropiada y respetuosa con el medio ambiente.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
About this manual
Read these instructions thoroughly before using the appliance for
the first time and follow the safety instructions.
This appliance should only be used as designated and described in
these instructions.
Please keep these instructions in a safe place for future reference. Always include these instructions if passing the hand blender on.
Keeping electrical equipment out of reach of children
Children are not aware of the dangers associated with
using electrical devices. Children should therefore always be supervised when using electrical appliances.
Keep the appliance and its accessories out of reach of
children.
Keep the plastic packaging out of reach of children as
it can cause suffocation.
Power connection
Plug the appliance into a 230 V ~ 50 Hz socket which is
easily accessible and close to the working area. Keep
the plug socket free of obstructions so that the plug
can be pulled out easily.
Always disconnect the appliance from the mains after
use and before washing it.
To disconnect the appliance from the mains, always
pull on the plug rather than on the cable.
Unwind the cable fully when using the appliance.
The mains cable should not be kinked or squashed.
Do not allow the mains cable to touch the blades during use.
Do not allow the mains cable to come into contact
with hot objects or surfaces (e.g. cooking surface).
Do not allow the mains cable and motor unit to come
into contact with water or other liquids.

Safety instructions
Safe operation of hand blender
Avoid all contact with moving parts. The blades of the
hand blender are very sharp!
This appliance is for processing standard household
amounts of food only.
Never run the hand blender continually for more than
one minute. After using the appliance for this length of
time, allow it to cool down to room temperature before
switching it on again. Hard foodstuffs, e.g. carrots,
should be processed in 10-second intervals in order to
prevent the appliance from overheating.
Always unplug the appliance before removing or fitting
the blender attachment. Do not plug the appliance in if
the blender attachment is not fully engaged!

Correct repair procedure
Remove the plug from the socket immediately if the
plug, cable or appliance is damaged.
Never try to open or repair the appliance yourself as you
may get an electric shock. In the event of a fault please
contact the Medion Service Centre or an approved repair
specialist.
If the mains cable is damaged it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or the manufacturer’s customer service
section or a similarly qualified person in order to prevent
exposure to danger.

Application/intended use
This appliance is intended solely for household use. It is designed
for processing normal household amounts of food. The appliance
should not be used for industrial applications.
Applications
• The hand blender is suitable for making sauces, soup, baby food,
smoothies, etc. The hand blender can be used to purée or mix
soft foods, such as fruit, vegetables and liquids. Hard items must
be pre-cooked before blending and large items cut into small pieces. Please do not separate eggs if making mayonnaise.
• The whisk is suitable for processing cream, whisking eggs or for
biscuit dough.
Before use
• Before using the hand blender and mixing beaker for
the first time wash them using standard washing-up liquid.
CAUTION! Do not touch the blades on the blender as they may cause injury! CAUTION! Never
immerse the motor unit and mains lead in water!
Use
The following measures can be taken when mixing to
prevent splashing and spillages:
• Process the food in the beaker provided or in another
suitable container (e.g. measuring jug, high-sided saucepan, etc.)
• Do not exceed the maximum filling level of the mixing
container, especially with liquids (e.g. milk, soup, sauces), as liquids are most likely to generate splashes and
spillages.

• Only switch the appliance on or off when it is immersed in the mixture.
Installing/uninstalling the mixer
• Press the motor block with
the handle from above the
mixer, as shown in Illustration A, until it locks audibly.
• Press both stop buttons together and pull the motor
block away from the mixer as
shown in Illustration B, to separate the mixer from the
motor block.
Installing/uninstalling the whisk
• Press the whisk onto the whisk holder until it locks
audibly. Place the motor block onto the whisk holder
until it locks audibly, as shown in Illustration A.
• Press both stop buttons, as shown in Illustration A,
and pull the motor block from the whisk holder, to
separate the motor block from the whisk holder.
The whisk holder and the whisk will be pulled apart
from each other.

Use
Operating the appliance
• Plug the appliance into an easily accessible socket.

• Immerse the blender in the food mixture.
• Press the switch marked I or II to start the appliance on
low or high speed respectively. The appliance only
runs while the switch is pressed down.
If using the hand blender to mix food in a saucepan ensure that it is not too hot for the blender.
CAUTION! Do not use the appliance to blend
deep-frozen food, very hard food or very hot food
which has been heated to temperatures in excess of 80° C.
CAUTION! When processing hot food there is a
danger of being scalded by splashing liquid, or by
the mixing beaker or saucepan.

Cleaning and care
Before washing the appliance always unplug it and detach the blender attachment from the motor unit.
CAUTION! Never immerse the motor unit and
mains lead in water!
Use a dry, soft cloth to clean the motor unit section. Do
not use chemical solutions and cleaning products because these may damage the unit's surface and/or inscriptions. Wash the removable section and accessories
(blender attachment, mixing beaker) with standard washing-up liquid.
CAUTION! Do not touch the blades on the blender as they may cause injury!
The hand blender and mixing beaker are not dishwashersafe.
The blender attachment should be washed immediately
after processing highly salted foods.
Any food colourings used in the blended product may
discolour the plastic parts of the appliance. Should this
situation arise, wipe the discoloured plastic with vegetable oil before washing the parts. Any stains left by food
colouring are harmless.

Packaging
Your hand blender is packaged to protect it from damage in transit. Packaging materials are primary products and can therefore be reused or recycled.
Appliance
When its service life has expired, the hand blender
should not be disposed of with the general household
rubbish. Please consult your local authority for advice
on correct and eco-friendly methods of disposal.

Elektrische Geräte nicht in Kinderhände
Kinder erkennen nicht die Gefahren, die beim Umgang
mit Elektrogeräten entstehen können. Lassen Sie Kinder deshalb niemals unbeaufsichtig elektrische Geräte
benutzen.
Bewahren Sie das Gerät und das Zubehör an einem für
Kinder unerreichbaren Platz auf.
Halten Sie auch die Verpackungsfolien von Kindern
fern. Es besteht Erstickungsgefahr.
Netzanschluss
Schließen Sie das Gerät nur an eine gut erreichbare
Haushaltssteckdose 230 V ~ 50 Hz an, die sich in der
Nähe des Arbeitsortes befindet. Lassen Sie die Steckdose frei zugänglich, damit der Stecker ungehindert abgezogen werden kann.
Ziehen Sie nach jedem Gebrauch und vor jeder Reinigung grundsätzlich den Stecker des Gerätes aus der
Steckdose.
Ziehen Sie das Netzkabel stets am Stecker aus der
Steckdose, ziehen Sie nicht am Kabel.
Wickeln Sie das Kabel für den Betrieb vollständig ab.
Knicken oder quetschen Sie das Netzkabel nicht.
Das Netzkabel darf beim Betrieb die Messer nicht berühren.

Achten Sie darauf, dass das Netzkabel nicht mit heißen
Gegenständen oder Oberflächen (z.B. Herdplatte) in Berührung kommt.
Lassen Sie das Netzkabel und den Griffteil (Motorblock)
nicht mit Wasser oder anderen Flüssigkeiten in Berührung kommen.

Den Stabmixer sicher betreiben
Vermeiden Sie jegliche Berührungen mit sich bewegenden Teilen. Die Messer des Mixstabes sind sehr scharf!
Verarbeiten Sie mit diesem Gerät nur Lebensmittel in
haushaltsüblichen Mengen.
Benutzen Sie den Stabmixer nie länger als 1 Minute ununterbrochen, lassen Sie das Gerät nach dieser Nutzungsdauer auf Raumtemperatur abkühlen, bevor Sie es
wieder in Betrieb nehmen. Harte Lebensmittel, wie z. B.
Karotten, bearbeiten Sie bitte in 10-Sekunden-Intervallen, um Überhitzungen zu vermeiden.
Bevor Sie den Mixaufsatz abnehmen oder aufsetzen,
nehmen Sie das Gerät immer vom Netz. Stecken Sie den
Netzstecker nicht in die Steckdose, wenn der Mixaufsatz
noch nicht vollständig montiert ist!
Niemals selbst reparieren
Ziehen Sie bei Beschädigungen des Steckers, der Anschlussleitung oder des Geräts sofort den Stecker aus der
Steckdose.
Versuchen Sie auf keinen Fall, das Gerät selber zu öffnen
oder zu reparieren. Es besteht die Gefahr des elektrischen
Schlags. Wenden Sie sich im Störfall an das Medion Service Center oder eine andere geeignete Fachwerkstatt.
Wenn die Anschlussleitung dieses Geräts beschädigt
wird, muss sie durch den Hersteller oder seinen Kundendienst oder eine ähnlich qualifizierte Person ersetzt werden, um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.

Übersicht
Machen Sie sich mit dem Gerät vertraut und vergewissern Sie sich beim Auspacken, dass folgende Teile mitgeliefert wurden:

Gebrauch
GEBRAUCH
Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
Ihr Gerät ist für die Verarbeitung von Lebensmitteln in haushaltsüblichen Mengen konstruiert. Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht im gewerblichen Bereich.
Anwendungen

• Der Mixstab eignet sich zum Herstellen von Soßen, Suppen, Babynahrung, Shakes, etc. Sie können mit dem Stabmixer weiche
Lebensmittel wie Obst und Gemüse sowie Flüssigkeiten pürieren
bzw. verrühren. Harte Lebensmittel müssen vor dem Einsatz des
Stabmixers vorgekocht, große Stücke klein geschnitten werden.
Möchten Sie Mayonnaise herstellen, verwenden Sie bitte ganze
Eier.
• Der Rührbesen ist für die Verarbeitung von Sahne, zum Eier schlagen oder für Bisquitteig geeignet.
Vor dem ersten Gebrauch
• Reinigen Sie vor dem ersten Gebrauch alle losen Teile
(Mixstab, Mixbecher) mit einem handelsüblichen Spülmittel.
VORSICHT! Berühren Sie dabei das Messer des
Mixstabs nicht! Es besteht Verletzungsgefahr.
Gebrauch
Um ein Verspritzen oder Überlaufen des Mixguts zu
vermeiden:
• Bereiten Sie die Lebensmittel, die Sie pürieren oder mixen möchten, in dem mitgelieferten Mixbecher oder
einem anderen geeigneten Gefäß vor (z. B. Messbecher, hoher Kochtopf, etc.).
• Beachten Sie die Füllhöhe des Mixgefäßes, gerade bei
Flüssigkeiten (z. B. Milch, Suppen, Soßen), da hierbei
die erhöhte Gefahr des Verspritzens und Überlaufens
besteht.

• Schalten Sie das Gerät erst dann ein, wenn es sich im
Mixgut befindet.
• Schalten Sie den Mixer aus, bevor Sie ihn aus dem
Mixgut nehmen.
Mixstab montieren/demontieren
• Drücken Sie den Motorblock mit Griffteil, wie in Abbildung A gezeigt, von oben
auf den Mixstab, bis dieser
hörbar einrastet.
• Um den Mixstab vom Motorblock zu trennen, drükken Sie beide Arretierknöpfe,
wie in Abbildung B gezeigt,
zusammen und ziehen den
Motorblock vom Mixstab ab.
Rührbesen montieren/demontieren
• Drücken Sie den Rührbesen auf den Rührbesenhalter, bis dieser hörbar einrastet. Setzen Sie anschließend, wie in Abbildung A gezeigt, den Motorblock
auf den Rührbesenhalter, bis dieser einrastet.
• Um den Motorblock vom Rührbesenhalter zu trennen, drücken Sie beide Arretierknöpfe, wie in Abbildung B gezeigt, und ziehen den Motorblock vom
Rührbesenhalter ab.
Rührbesenhalter und Rührbesen werden auseinander gezogen.

Gebrauch
Gerät in Betrieb nehmen
• Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in eine gut erreichbare
Netzsteckdose.

• Tauchen Sie den Mixstab in die zu mixenden Lebensmittel. Achten Sie darauf, dass der Griff nicht eingetaucht wird.
• Drücken Sie den Schalter Stufe I (geringe Geschwindigkeit) oder Stufe II (hohe Geschwindigkeit), um das
Gerät zu starten. Das Gerät bleibt nur so lange in Betrieb, wie der Schalter gedrückt ist.
HINWEIS! Wenn Sie den Mixstab direkt im Kochtopf verwenden, achten Sie darauf, dass sich der
Stab nicht zu sehr erhitzt.
VORSICHT! Verarbeiten Sie keine tiefgefrorenen, sehr harten oder stark erhitzte Lebensmittel
mit einer Temperatur über 80° C).
VORSICHT! Beim Verarbeiten von heißen Lebensmitteln besteht Verbrühungsgefahr durch
herausspritzende Flüssigkeiten und durch den
Mixbecher oder Topf.

Gebrauch
Reinigung und Pflege
Bevor Sie das Gerät reinigen, ziehen Sie unbedingt immer zuerst den Netzstecker und lösen Sie den Mixstab
vom Motorblock.
VORSICHT! Tauchen Sie den Griffteil (Motorblock) und das Netzkabel niemals in Wasser!
Verwenden Sie für die Reinigung des Griffteils (Motorblock) nur ein trockenes, weiches Tuch. Benutzen Sie keine chemischen Lösungs- und Reinigungsmittel, weil
diese die Oberfläche und/oder die Beschriftungen des
Geräts beschädigen können.
• Reinigen Sie nach dem Gebrauch alle losen Teile (Mixstab, Mixbecher) mit einem handelsüblichen Spülmittel.
VORSICHT! Berühren Sie dabei das Messer des
Mixstabs nicht! Es besteht Verletzungsgefahr.
Der Mixstab und der Mixbecher sind nicht spülmaschinentauglich.
Falls Sie sehr stark salz- und säurehaltige Lebensmittel
verarbeitet haben, sollten Sie den Mixstab sofort nach

varinha mágica, por favor junte-lhe o manual de instruções.
Manter os aparelhos eléctricos fora do alcance de crianças
As crianças não reconhecem o perigo advindo do manuseamento de aparelhos eléctrico. Por isso, não permita que as crianças utilizem aparelhos eléctricos sem
vigilância.
Guarde o aparelho e os acessórios num local fora do alcance das crianças.
Mantenha também as embalagens plásticas fora do alcance das crianças. Existe risco de asfixia.
Ligação à rede
Ligue o aparelho apenas numa tomada eléctrica doméstica bem acessível 230 V ~ 50 Hz, próximo do local de
trabalho. A tomada deve ficar sempre bem acessível
para que seja possível retirar facilmente a ficha a qualquer momento.
Após cada utilização e antes de cada limpeza retire
sempre a ficha do aparelho da tomada.
Retire o cabo de rede da tomada puxando sempre pela
ficha e nunca pelo cabo.
Desenrole todo o cabo para o funcionamento.
Não dobre ou esmague o cabo de rede.
O cabo de rede não pode tocar nas lâminas durante o
funcionamento.
Certifique-se que o cabo de rede não entre em contacto com objectos ou superfícies quentes (por exemplo,
placa do fogão).
Não deixe o cabo de rede e o bloco do motor entrarem

Indicações de segurança
Manusear a varinha mágica de forma segura
Evite qualquer contacto com as peças em movimento. As
lâminas do pé de trituração são muito afiadas!
Prepare apenas alimentos em quantidades habituais domésticas com este aparelho.
Nunca utilize a varinha mágica por um tempo superior a
1 minuto sem interrupção, após este tempo de utilização
deixe o aparelho arrefecer até à temperatura ambiente
antes de a voltar a colocar em funcionamento. Alimentos
duros, como por exemplo cenouras devem ser triturados
em intervalos de 10 segundos para evitar um sobreaquecimento.
Antes de retirar ou colocar o aplicador de trituração, retire sempre o aparelho da rede. Não insira a ficha de rede
na tomada se o aplicador de trituração não estiver completamente montado!

Nunca reparar o aparelho por iniciativa própria
No caso de danos na ficha, cabo de ligação ou do aparelho, retire imediatamente a ficha da tomada.

Utilização
UTILIZAÇÃO
Áreas de aplicação/utilização correcta
Este aparelho destina-se somente a uso doméstico. O seu aparelho
está construído para a preparação de alimentos em quantidades
normais domésticas. O aparelho não se destina para uso comercial.

• A varinha mágica é apropriada para fazer molhos, sopas, alimento para bebé, batidos, etc. Pode fazer puré ou bater alimentos
moles, como fruta, legumes, bem como líquidos. Alimentos duros devem ser previamente cozidos e pedaços grandes devem ser
cortados em pedaços pequenos antes de utilizar a varinha mágica. Pretende fazer maionese, utilize ovos inteiros.
• O batedor é adequado para bater natas, ovos e para a massa para

Utilização
Para evitar que salpicos ou o transbordo dos alimentos a
serem triturados:
• Prepare os alimentos dos quais pretende fazer puré ou
misturar no misturador fornecido ou em outro recipiente apropriado (por exemplo, copo de medição, panela alta, etc.).

Colocar o aparelho em funcionamento
• Encaixe a ficha de rede a uma tomada com boa acessibilidade.
• Mergulhe o pé de trituração nos alimentos a serem triturados.

Utilização
Limpeza e tratamento
Antes de limpar o aparelho retire sempre e em primeiro
lugar a ficha de rede e solte o pé de trituração do bloco
do motor.
CUIDADO! Nunca mergulhe o bloco do motor e o
cabo de rede em água!
Para a limpeza do bloco do motor deve ser utilizado um
pano seco e macio. Não utilize produtos de limpeza ou
solventes químicos, visto que poderiam danificar a superfície e/ou as inscrições no aparelho.
Após a utilização limpe todas as peças soltas (pé de trituração, misturador) com um detergente habitual.
CUIDADO! Não toque na lâmina do pé de trituração! Existe perigo de ferimentos.
O pé de trituração e o misturador não são apropriados
para a máquina de lavar louça.
No caso de ter preparado alimentos muito salgados,
deve lavar imediatamente o pé de trituração após a sua
utilização.
Se preparar alimentos que tingem podem descorar o
plástico das peças do aparelho. Antes de proceder à limpeza das peças, limpe o plástico descorado, se necessário, com óleo vegetal. Estas alterações de cor não são
perigosas.
