There is no shop this month as it is our members Bazaar, so be tempted with the goodies fellow quilters’ have on sale. A big thank you to our hostess groups for SEWING DAY “Creative Threads” who will be looking after us and “Loose Threads” on SEWING NIGHT. VISITORS AND NEW MEMBERS If this is your first visit and you don’t have a group, please feel free to sit at the “Loose Threads” table to meet us. We are delighted that you have joined us. Visitors are welcome to attend three times after which you are required to join as members in order to continue enjoying the benefits that membership provides. We would be delighted and grateful for your help at this the last bee for 2013. There will be no BOM in Oct or Nov but we will have some UFO’s and projects ready for you to take to finish off. CALLING BERNINA SERIES 7 AND 8 OWNERS Ocean Keys Sewing Centre is presenting a Bernina Special Presentation Friday 18th October PMH, foster kids and womens’ refuges are in need of quilts suitable for teenagers. We are still collecting manly quilts for St Barts. 9.30am - 12noon CQ will be having a stall at the Oct members bazaar. We have fabric, books, magazines and a few notions for sale.
