Affairs Division will be opening on the following Sundays.

Public Certification for Individuals (seting of PIN No.,
explanation etc.)
Notes:
- There will be no interpreters available during the date.
- Depending on its type, some certificates cannot be issued
during the date.

Cerimônia de Matrícula
( 入学式 )
Neste ano as Cerimônias de Matrícula do primário e do
ginásio serão realizadas no dia 07/abr (na parte da manhã
para o primário e na parte da tarde para o ginásio).
Para a Cerimônia de Matrícula do primário não existe um
regulamento para o traje, porém irão vestindo roupas mais
apresentáveis do que o normal e para a Cerimônia do
ginásio, as crianças deverão ir devidamente uniformizadas,
desde o dia da cerimônia. Os pais por sua vez, irão
socialmente vestidos.
Pedimos para que os pais não esqueçam de levar para a
escola a Carta de Aviso de Matrícula (入学通知書), enviado
pelo Comitê Educacional de Minokamo, no dia da
Cerimônia. Cuidado para não chegar atrasado.

In Japan, the school will hold a ceremony called an “entrance
ceremony” to celebrate the admission of new students. This year, the
entrance ceremony for both elementary and junior high school will be on
April 7. (Elementary schools will hold theirs in the morning, while the
junior high schools will hold theirs in the afternoon.)
There is no specific attire for the elementary students’ entrance
ceremony, but they should wear something more formal than the usual.
Junior high school students will be wearing a complete uniform from the
start of the entrance ceremony. Parents should wear a formal attire.
When going to the entrance ceremony, please be sure to bring the
“Admission Notice (入学通知書)” that you have received from the
Minokamo Board of Education. Please be careful so as not to be late.
