CONCURSO CULTURAL DE FOTOGRAFIA THE BEACH
REGULAMENTO
O objetivo do concurso #EVOKETHEBEACHBODY é registrar de maneira criativa os corpos de
praia, utilizando o Instagram como plataforma de exibição das imagens. A missão de cada participante é fotografar moda de praia, usando qualquer tipo de aparelho ou recurso fotográfico, desde
que seja atingido o pré-requisito do tamanho mínimo da imagem a ser enviada (3MB ou 21cm x
21cm a 300 DPI). Envie até 3 fotos e concorra a um óculos EVOKE, além de publicar sua foto no
jornal THE BEACH. Confira aqui as regras desse jogo fotográfico e boa sorte!

1. A participação no concurso é gratuita e aberta a qualquer usuário do Instagram que queira participar com até 3 fotos autorais sobre o tema e que possua um endereço no Brasil para o envio do
prêmio.
2. Para concorrer o participante deve obrigatóriamente incluir as duas hastags
#evokethebeachbody e #thebeachbrasil nas imagens que queira inscrever - você pode enviar até
3 imagens. O prazo limite para concorrer é até o final do dia 31/07/2014.
3. Ao inserir as duas hashtags #evokethebeachbody e #thebeachbrasil, o participante concorda
com este regulamento e cede os direitos de uso da(s) imagem(ns) para a organização do concurso.
4. O participante autoriza que sua foto seja publicada a qualquer momento nos perfis das redes
sociais da EVOKE e do jornal THE BEACH. Também fica autorizada a publicação nas páginas
impressas do jornal THE BEACH e no site da THE BEACH (www.thebeach.com.br).
5. É de responsibilidade do autor(a) da foto obter a autorização assinada de Cessão de Direitos de
Uso de Imagem quando um ou mais indivíduos estiverem presentes na imagem de forma reconhecível. Para obter o documento oficial de Cessão de Direitos de Uso de Imagem basta fazer o
download do mesmo no site (www.thebeach.com.br/evokethebeach).
6. A foto vencedora será escolhida por um júri formado por membros da EVOKE e da THE BEACH.
Nenhum dos membros do júri poderá ter fotos concorrendo ao concurso.
7. Os candidatos finalistas serão informados via comentário no seu perfil do Instagram pela THE
BEACH (@thebeachbrasil) que sua foto foi selecionada e deverão enviar as mesmas por email para
[email protected], com os dados completos do autor (nome, endereço, profissão e autorização
assinada de Cessão de Direitos de Uso de Imagem, caso necessário) e com resolução minima de
3mb ou 21x21cm, 300dpi (formato JPG). O prazo para o envio da(s) foto(s) em alta resolução será
até o final do dia 03/08/2014. Ao fim do prazo ou caso a resolução da imagem não siga os padrões
acima divulgados, a organização se reserva no direito de selecionar outra foto.
8. Além da foto vencedora, também selecionaremos algumas fotos que poderão ilustrar a próxima
edição impressa do jornal THE BEACH. A divulgação desta seleção também se dará pelos perfis da
THE BEACH no Instagram e Facebook. Fique de olho!
9. O resultado da foto vencedora será divulgado no dia 11/08/2014, através do Instagram e Facebook da THE BEACH. A imagem vencedora ganhará um óculos EVOKE, enviado gratuitamente para
o endereço informado pelo autor.
10. A organização, com o objetivo de estimular o dinamismo e a participação do público, poderá
alterar as regras quando julgar necessário e sem aviso prévio.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The objective of the #EVOKETHEBEACHFASHION competition is to portray beach bodies all over
the world through the photographic eye of image making lovers who use Instagram as a platform to
show their work. The mission of each participant is to register beach fashion using any type of
photographic equipment or resource as long as the image has the prerequisite of minimal size of
3MB or 21cm x 21cm at 300 DPI. Send up to 3 photos and compete for a pair of Evoke sunglasses
and what's more: have your snap published on the printed version of THE BEACH. Check out the

#EVOKETHEBEACHBODY #THEBEACHBRASIL
1. Participation in the competition is free and open to any Instagram user who would like to take part
with an original photo and has a mailing address in Brazil.
2.To enter the user can send up to 3 images. However each image must contain the hashtags
#evokethebeachbody and #thebeachbrasil. The deadline for participating in the contest is until
the end of 31/07/2014.
3. By inserting both hashtags #evokethebeachbody and #thebeachbrasil, the participant agrees
with these rules and waives the Image Rights of the photo(s) to the competition’s organiser.
4. The participant gives permission for their photo to be published at any time, on the social
networks of both EVOKE and THE BEACH. Permission is also given for publication on the printed
version of THE BEACH and its website (www.thebeach.com.br).
5. It is the responsibility of the author of the photo to obtain permission for the Image Rights when
one or more individuals are present in the image, in a recognisable way. To obtain an official Image
Rights waiver document, download it from the site (www.thebeach.com.br/evokethebeach).
6. The winning photo will be chosen by a jury made up of members of EVOKE and THE BEACH.
None of the members of the jury can enter photos in the competition.
7. Selected finalists will be informed via Instagram comments made by THE BEACH
(@thebeachbrasil) and should send the images by email to [email protected] with the complete
details of the author and with an approximate resolution of 3mb or 21x21cm at 300dpi. The deadline for sending the images is until the end of 03/08/2014. At the end of this period or in the case
that the resolution of the image doesn't conform to the conditions stated above, the organisers
reserve the right to select another photo.
8. As well as the winning photo, we will also choose a few images to show in the next printed
version of The Beach. The announcement of this selection will also be made through the profiles of
THE BEACH on Instagram and Facebook. Keep an eye out!
9. The winner will be announced on the 11/08/2014 through Instagram and Facebook page of THE
BEACH. The winning image will win a pair of EVOKE sunglasses, sent free to the address supplied
by the author.
10. The organisers, with the objective of encouraging dynamism and public participation can change
the rules when found necessary without prior warning.

CD-rom, arquivos em vídeo para disponibilização em celular, home-vídeo, suportes de computação gráfica e qualquer outra mídia, inclusive impressa. A presente autorização é firmada
em caráter gratuito, irretratável, irrevogável, pelo período de 15 anos, reafirmando que
nenhum pagamento será devido pela MINI ESTUDIO SS LTDA ao AUTORIZANTE, a qualquer
tempo ou título.
