Sinopse: Filhos Pródigos é uma série ambientada
em uma clínica de reprodução assistida. Através
do desejo particular de ter um filho, a série aborda
temas inerentes à formação dos novos laços de
parentesco e a redefinição do que é ser pai e mãe.
Assuntos como a gravidez assistida, a doação de
óvulos e espermas, congelamento de embriões,
além de questões como hereditariedade, homossexualidade, infidelidade, ética e religião compõem o
cenário da série, que aborda por outro ângulo, o
sentido da vida.
SYNOPSIS: Prodigal Children is a series set in an
assisted reproduction clinic. The series uses the
desire to have children as a way of addressing
issues inherent to the formation of new parental ties
and the redefinition of what it means to be a mother
or father. Subjects such as assisted pregnancy,
sperm and egg donation, frozen embryos and
issues of heredity, homosexuality, infidelity, ethics
and religion form the setting for a series which
approaches the meaning of life from another angle.

produções mais recentes são o documentário para
TV “Doce Brasil Holandês”, em exibição nos canais
brasileiros e o longa-metragem “Extremo Sul”, selecionado no IDFA e lançado em cinema, TV e DVD
no Brasil e distribuído na Itália.
Entre suas produções destacam-se o longa “Anahy
de las Misiones”, quinta maior bilheteria nos cinemas brasileiros em 1998 e o documentário “A Invenção da Infância”, ambos exibidos e premiados

Key productions include the feature film “Anahy de
las Misiones”, the fifth-highest ticket-office success
in 1998; and the documentary “The Invention of
Childhood”, both of which were shown and won
prizes internationally.
