Sacrament of Marriage
Those planning to celebrate the Sacrament of Marriage at Saint Anthony Parish should contact the Parish Office at
least one year in advance to begin
preparation for the celebration of the
sacrament.
Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick
If you are ill or preparing for surgery
please notify the Parish Office so that
the Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick
may be celebrated.
Homebound
If you are unable to come to church but
would like to receive Holy Communion
please contact the Parish Office so we
can visit you in your home.

FATHER ROBERT BLANEY’S CONCERT
Sacred Heart & Our Lady’s parishes in Newton are
happy to announce an afternoon of entertainment
and festivities with Father Robert J. Blaney giving a
Piano “Pops” Concert on Sunday, November 8th.
The concert will be at 2pm at Our Lady Help Of
Christians Church (573 Washington Street, Newton)
followed by a Wine & Cheese Social. The suggested
donation is $5 to cover expenses and any money remaining will be given to the Saint Vincent de Paul
Society. Prior to serving as a priest for the Archdiocese of Boston, Father Blaney was an actor performing on Broadway. We would love for you to join us

Religious Education at Saint Anthony’s Parish will
resume Sunday, October 18. Registration forms are at
the back of the church and should be returned to the
Rectory. Classes will meet on the following Sundays:

December 6, December 20, January 10, January 24,
February 7, February 21, March 6, March 20, April 3,
and April 17
Confirmation will be Saturday, April 30, 2016

First Communion will be Sunday, May 1, 2016.
