Come Holy Spirit
Come, Holy Spirit,
fill the hearts of your faithful.
And kindle in them
the fire of your love.
Send forth your Spirit
and they shall be created.
And you will renew the face of
the earth.
Lord, by the light of
the Holy Spirit
you have taught the hearts of
your faithful.
In the same Spirit,
help us to relish what is right
and always rejoice
in your consolation.
We ask this through
Christ our Lord.
Amen.

PARISH LIFE/FAITH FORMATION
Saint Jude Parish Census Now Underway
“…For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body.”
We are blessed that you belong to the community of Saint Jude. But,
we need your help…… to better serve you, by knowing you better.
As you heard in today’s homily, we are asking all parishioners to fill
out a new parish record. It’s quick and easy and can be accessed on
the homepage of our website http://www.stjudeatlanta.net/census.
There are also paper forms in the vestibule of the church.
In gratitude for completing and turning in an updated parish record
(and to have a little fun) in the coming weeks, we will be drawing
names of those who submit their census. Two households will win a
front row reserved pew, with parking spot, at the Christmas Mass of
their choice. Two more households will win a front row reserved pew,
with parking spot, at the Easter Mass of their choice. In addition,
twenty- five household names will win an invitation to a special
“Thank you Reception” with our “men in black” (the SJA clergy!)
Please help us help you by submitting your form today!

everyday issues faced by ordinary Christians. For anyone
who has struggled to live a truly Christian life, James offers
a wealth of practical solutions for everyday circumstances. Parishioner
Alix Shattuck will facilitate the weekly discussion.
Please register by May 25 at www.stjudeatlanta.net/james The cost per
person is $30 and includes all materials. Registrations after that date may

New Parish App Coming Soon!
Next weekend, Saint Jude will launch
our own app for iPhone and Android
smart phones. This will allow us to
better communicate with you
throughout the week and keep you
updated with relevant parish news or
updates. The app is very well
designed and very intuitive. It will be
a great resource for parishioners by
providing daily Mass readings,
Catholic news and prayers,
convenient prayer and Confession
reminders, our bulletins and more.
We hope for our new app to be a
tool for fostering stronger parish
life at St. Jude, as well as better
engaging the New Evangelization.
Please bring your cell phone to Mass
next Sunday!

diante do Senhor”, isto é, peregrinar a
Jerusalém. Foi também chamado de festa da
colheita e festa das primícias (Ex 23, 26; 24,
23; Dt 16, 16; Nm 28, 26).
(At 2, 1-14).
