2. RECEPÇÃO NO AEROPORTO
2. WELCOME AT THE AIRPORT
O Ministério da Educação Nacional e da Alfabetização
do Burkina Faso (MENA) terá a seu cargo a recepção
dos participantes no aeroporto, de acordo com os
planos de voo fornecidos aquando do registo online
para a Trienal.
The Ministry of National Education and Literacy of
Burkina Faso will organize airport welcome and pickup
based on the flight information participants have
provided when registering online.

O Secretariado da ADEA irá enviar a todos os
participantes uma carta do Governo do Burkina Faso a
confirmar que o visto de entrada lhes será entregue à
chegada ao aeroporto. Os participantes devem trazer
consigo esta carta, como documento de viagem, para
eventual apresentação às companhias aéreas que o
solicitem no momento do check-in.
The ADEA Secretariat will provide all participants
with a letter from the Government of Burkina Faso
confirming that the visa will be delivered upon arrival
at the airport.
Participants should bring this letter as travel document
to be presented to your airline company at check-in.

4. INFORMAÇÕES SANITÁRIAS
4. HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
Os participantes devem assegurar que possuem e
trazem consigo um certificado de vacinação contra a
febre amarela dentro do prazo de validade,
documento OBRIGATÓRIO para entrada no Burkina
Faso. Recomenda-se ainda o certificado de vacinação
contra:
- Difteria – Tétano – Pólio
- Hepatite A e B
- Meningite A+C+Y+W135
- Cólera
Sendo o paludismo uma doença muito disseminada
no Burkina Faso, recomenda-se igualmente a tomada
das medidas profilácticas que se impõem.

efectuada pelo Secretariado da ADEA. As restrições

efectuar antecipadamente a distribuição dos

das formalidades de registo e para receber o programa,

Upon arrival in Ouagadougou, please present yourself
at the ADEA welcome desk located in your hotel lobby
in order to complete the registration process and
receive your badge, the conference kit and program.

Aquando da inscrição no balcão de recepção do seu
hotel, receberá um crachá com o seu nome, que deverá
usar a todo o momento. Este crachá dá-lhe acesso ao
Centro de Conferências onde terá lugar a Trienal, bem
como aos eventos relacionados. A apresentação deste
crachá será igualmente obrigatória para aceder aos
almoços, cocktails e jantares oficiais da Trienal.
At registration at the welcome desk in your hotel lobby,
you shall be given a badge with your name on it, to be
worn at all times. This badge will allow you to access
the Conference Center where the Triennial Meeting
shall take place, as well as all side meetings. You will
be asked to present this badge in order to access
official Triennale lunches, receptions and dinners.

credit cards will be able to withdraw cash from the

town.

De referir que o Secretariado da ADEA não se

de regresso.

from Ouagadougou Airport to the different hotels and
departure transfers from the different hotels to
Ouagadougou Airport.

When you register at the welcome desk in your hotel
lobby, you shall receive a flight reconfirmation form
with which to make your request.
Please note that the ADEA Secretariat will not
handle return flight modifications.
