I was hired to coordinate the design and programming teams for this web producer in 1999. In 2000 I was promoted
to Project Manager. I have managed a staff of 10. I planned web-based communication projects working closely with
clients and managed their development and implementation. I also wrote commercial proposals and established
projects budget and chronogram.
The principal accounts and projects that I managed were:
TV Globo - Brazilian’s largest communication and Entertainment Company.
Interactive sites using features like online contest, e-cards and other interactive marketing tools. The online contest
for “Shrek” website brought 5,000 new subscriptions to the data-base.
Shell Brazil (Intranet Projects)
- Annual internal sales campaign websites with outstanding design and interactive tools
- Start-up (teasers livened up with Flash), electronic bulletin board, house organ
- Software projects such as the “T-Chat” that substituted long distance phone calls reducing communication costs by
45% each month.
Funbio, Anapp, Invent: fast (average of 3 weeks for a 10 sections website) and cheap development based on a
content management tool.
