Thank You for choosing this Polti product.
By choosing L'Ecologico, you have thought of your family's health because
L'Ecologico is a friend to the environment, but an enemy of dust, pollen, mites and
their allergens. Thanks to the EcoActive-filter, its green heart, it traps the dirt in
the water which, when it is dirty, can be poured away without the risk of dust
escaping into the air.
With L'Ecologico Polti you can really relax, its filtering system of 8 layers Hepa
filter retains 99,99% of the particles down to 0,3µ, therefore the exiting air is
perfectly pure.
In addition, EcoActive-Filter eliminates dusty bags and all the problems related to
them.
With L'Ecologico you can suck up dry dirt, or liquids, satisfying all your domestic
cleaning needs.
The full accessory set will allow you to face cleaning problems, solving them
quickly and easily.
Before using L’Ecologico, read these instructions carefully.
What is the EcoActive-Filter ?
The EcoActive-Filter is the “green” heart of L’Ecologico and is composed of a
revolutionary water filter.
The EcoActive-Filter employs the natural purifying strength of water to catch the
dirt, avoiding irritating contact with dust and harmful dispersion of dust into the
environment.
It is specifically the flow of water contained in the special filter and its bubbling
that make cleaning operations with L'Ecologico so much more effective.
What is the HEPA filter ?
L'Ecologico is more than a vacuum cleaner, it is also an air purifier. In fact, it is
equipped with a special and very powerful HEPA filter, already used in professional
applications where the maximum hygiene is necessary.
It is able to retain 99,99% of the particles right down to 0,3µ, i.e. very thin dust,
pollen, mites and other micro-organisms.

This appliance is intended for use as an aspirator for solids
and liquids according to the descriptions and instructions in
this manual. It is recommended to read these instructions
carefully and to keep them for future use.

• Unhook the lever (5) under the handle (3) (fig.1)
• Lift the cover (4) and remove the water container (6) (fig.2)
• Take out the cage with the floater (17) (fig.3).
Fill the container (6) with normal tap water until the MAX
level indicator is covered as in fig.4.

The quantity of water necessary is about 1,5 litres.
• Put the filter cage back in its initial position (fig.3)
• Close the cover (4) until it clicks shut.
• Insert the suction hose into the junction (fig.5)
To clean floors, connect the steel telescopic tube (A) to the
flexible hose it is possible to use the universal brush for
polished parquet and, in the right position, for carpets and
rugs.
See the instructions at the "use of the universal brush"
paragraph.
For correct length of the stainless steel telescopic tube,
see the "use of the telescopic tube"paragraph.
To clean other surfaces, choose the most suitable accessory
and connect it to the junction.
The telescopic tube is useful to reach difficult areas and can
be used with all the accessories.

The tube is about 500 mm long when closed and about
1000 mm. at its maximum extension. To make it longer or
shorter, move the lock as shown in fig.6 and extend or
reduce to suit your height.

• Before storing the vacuum cleaner, rewind the power supply
cable by pushing the button (2) as indicated in fig. 7.

Unwind the cable (13) until it is completely outside its
storage compartment by pulling the plug towards you (fig.
7bis). Connect the plug to the mains.
• Push the mains On/Off switch (1) (fig.8), the first stage of
the indicator lights (14) will start to flash. L'Ecologico is
now in a "stand-by" position.
• Push the button (20), L'Ecologico will start to operate at
minimum speed, the first indicator light (14) will become
constant.

• The power levels are four. We suggest you use at the
minimum level for curtains, at the medium- low for couches,
armchairs and pillows, medium-high for carpets, and high
for floors and hard surfaces (ceramic, marble etc.)
• To increase the speed, push the button (21), each press on the button (21) will increase
the motor power by one level.
• The increase by one level is indicated by the switching on of one stage of the indicator
lights.
• By pushing the button (22), at each press the motor power will decrease and one stage
will switch off.
• To take the appliance back to the "stand-by" position, push the button (20).
• To start vacuum cleaning again, push the button (20) again.

• You can use the machine to suck up dust or liquids.
If the water becomes very dirty, replace it as described in the "how to empty and clean
the water container" paragraph. When the sucked up dirt reaches the maximum level in
the water container (6), the suction is automatically blocked by the safety float (you will
notice an increase in the motor revolutions).
• To start cleaning again, proceed as shown in the "how to empty and clean the water
container" paragraph, restoring the water level in the container.

"Bioecologico" is available for sanitising while using the suction function. It is a scented
antibacterial product with natural-based anti-allergenic substances. If it is added regularly
to the water used to fill the water container (6) of the L’ecologico, it will prevent the
proliferation of bacteria and micro-organisms and inhibit the action of allergens. In addition
to ensuring a sanitising action, "Biecologico" will eliminate smells due to the presence of
dust in the water, leaving a pleasant smell of cleanness in the room.
Use: Normally add 10 ml each time you fill the water-based filter.
Bioecologico is sold in household appliance shops or direct from our authorised Assistance
Centres.

• Switch off the appliance at the mains switch (1) and disconnect the power supply cable
from the mains. This precaution also allows the reset of the operation of the appliance
from the safety device.
• After sucking up liquids, be careful, when opening the cover, that no fluid remaining in
the suction tube falls on the Hepa filter.
• Unhook the lever (5) which is under the handle (3) (fig.1)
• Lift the cover (4) and take out the container (6) (fig.2)
• Remove the filter cage (fig.3), empty the container tilting it towards the groove (fig. 9)
and rinse it

• If you want to keep on vacuuming, restore the water level.
• Insert the filter cage back and put everything back in the
appliance.
• Close the cover until it clicks shut.
• The appliance is now ready to be stored.
Note: water remaining in the container does not damage the
appliance but it is always better to empty it before
storing L'Ecologico. One of the biggest advantages of L'Ecologico is the ability to
store it clean, unlike vacuum cleaners with a dust container which are stored
together with the dirt they have picked up.

This special joint - Polti exclusive patent - allows to reach the
most difficult areas without bending down.
Insert the Flexo joint between the handle and the telescopic
tube keeping the indentation on the front part of the handle.
To change the inclination, turn the ring (Y) (fig.10) half way
round. This way the joint is showing and it will allow you to
change the angle of operation of the tube fig.10.
When operations are over, put the joint back in its original
position, covering it with the ring to lock it into position.

The accessories holder allows you to fix the accessories on
the body of the appliance or on the handle.
Installation on the handle: insert one of the rings of the
accessories holder on the handle. Insert in the rings the
accessories you want to keep at hand.
Installation on the appliance body: make the groove of the
accessories holder run into the guide on the back of the
appliance, as shown in fig. 11, fixing the accessories as described above.

If you move the selector on the brush (C1) by pressing with your foot, you can change
the suction surface without bending down. The position with the bristles extended is
recommended for all floors. The position without bristles is recommended for carpets and
rugs.

in fig. 12. Fit the brush on the accessory as indicated by the
arrow in order to make them match and hook.
To unhook the parquet accessory from the Joker brush, pull
the two levers on the sides of the frame outwards and lift the
brush (fig. 13).

This function is recommended for collecting scattered
quantities of light waste such as leaves, confetti and so on.
Open the air outlet grill (8) as described in the “How to
remove the air outlet filter grille”, insert the flexible tube in

Before maintenance, make sure that the supply cable is not
connected to the mains.
Cleaning the water filter cage of the "EcoActive-Filter"
We recommend you clean it after each session.
• Unhook the lever (5) under the handle (3) and lift the cover
(4) (fig. 1).
• Remove the filter cage (17) by pulling it upwards (fig. 3)

• Empty the water container (6) tilting it towards the groove
(fig. 9).
• Rinse the group under running water (fig. 15).
• Allow the filter to dry before replacing in the machine for
storage.
• Put the filter cage back in its correct position in the
container.
Cleaning or replacing the sponge filter

• Pull the tube (17c) from the filter cage until it slips off
• Divide the body of the cage (17a) from the filter cover (16)
• Remove the sponge filter (17b) from the cage. If the filter
is damaged, replace it.
• Rinse all the components under running water.
• Allow the sponge filter to dry before replacing in the
machine.
• Reassemble the filter group. Make sure that the filter tube is correctly fitted (13).
• In case of replacement, only use Polti original spare parts.
• We suggest to clean the filter every 3-5 times you empty the container
Replacing the HEPA filter cartridge
• Unhook the lever (5) under the handle (3) and lift the cover (4)
• Remove the HEPA filter from its location (fig. 16) and replace it with an original Polti spare
part.
Note: the filter lasts about 100 hours (about every 6 months) in normal domestic use.
If the suction power noticeably decreases, replace the filter even before the 100
hours.

Replacing the air outlet filter
• Move both levers (9) at the same time towards the grille
(fig. 17). Once the blocks have been removed, raise the
grille (8) (fig. 17).
• Take out the air outlet filter (10) (fig. 18) and replace it with
a Polti original spare part.
• Lift the cover (10a) and put the new filter back in its place
as shown in fig. 19.
• Before switching on the appliance, replace the grille
inserting the tang in the relevant lock and push until it
clicks.
Note: the filter lasts about 100 hours (about every 6
months). If the filter is torn or visibly damaged,
replace it even before the 100 hours. If the filter is
used in dusty environments, it is suggested to
increase the frequency of replacement.

Attention! Do not use the appliance without reading the instructions.
• In case of damage or malfunction, do not attempt to disassemble the appliance but
contact the nearest Polti Authorised Service Centre.
• The mains the appliance is connected to must conform with regulations
• Do not allow children to use the machine or any others who may not know how to
operate it.
• In order not to compromise the safety of the appliance, only use original spare parts
and accessories, approved by the manufacturer.
• Do not use the appliance if the supply cable or other important parts of the unit are
damaged
• Do not touch the plug with wet hands
• Do not suck up acids or solvents, which may cause serious damage to the appliance
and especially do not suck up explosive powders or liquids, which may cause explosions
if they come in contact with the internal parts of the appliance.
• You must not use the appliance in environments where there is danger of explosion
• Do not suck up objects in flames or glowing, such as embers, ash and other materials
while burning.
• Should there be a liquid or foam leak during aspiration, immediately switch off the
appliance and contact the nearest Polti Authorised Service Centre.
• Always throw the exhausted batteries in the proper containers.
• Polti declines liability for any damage or accident derived from any use of
ECOLOGICO AS 808 which is not in conformity with the instructions contained
in this booklet.

Fitting the mains plug important
The wires in the mains lead are coloured in accordance with the following code:
• Blue: Neutral
• Brown: Live
The wire which is coloured BLUE must be connected to the Terminal which is marked with
the letter “N” or coloured BLACK.
The wire which is coloured BROWN must be connected to the Terminal which is marked
with the letter “L” or coloured RED.
It is important that the outer sheath is clamped correctly into the 3-pin plug.
If in doubt consuot your local Service Dealer or qualified electrician before the machine
is used.
A 13 AMP FUSE MUST BE FITTED TO THE MAINS PLUG.

Wij danken U voor het vertrouwen dat U in ons heeft gesteld bij de aankoop van
een Polti produkt.
Met het kiezen van l'Ecologico, heeft U aan de gezondheid van uw familie gedacht
want l'Ecologico is milieuvriendelijk maar een vijand voor stof, voor stuifmeel, voor
huisstofmijten en hun allergenen.
Dankzij het ecoactive-filter, zijn groen hart, wordt het vuil in het water gehouden.
Het reservoir met vuil water wordt moeiteloos gereinigd. Doordat al het stof in
het water blijft, loopt u geen risiko dat het stof weer vrij komt tijdens het reinigen
van het reservoir.
Met l'Ecologico Polti kan iedereen weer verlicht ademhalen, dankzij zijn 8-traps
filtersysteem met het Hepa filter dat de kleine stofdeeltjes tot 0.3 µ vasthoudt.
De naar buiten komende lucht is dus volkomen zuiver.
Het Ecoactive-filter maakt de stofzakken met al hun problemen nutteloos.
Met l'Ecologico wordt zowel droog als nat gezogen, ook stof van grote afmetingen,

Het Ecoactive-filter
Het ecoactive-filter is het “groen” hart van de l'Ecologico en is gemaakt met een
revolutionnair waterfilter Het ecoactive-filter gebruikt de kracht van het water om
het vuil te filteren uit de lucht.
Zonder direct kontakt met het stof en het vrijkomen van stof tijdens het leegmaken
van het reservoir.
De doeltreffenheid van het reinigen met l'Ecologico komt uit de waterstroom in
het speciaal filter.
Het Hepa filter
L'Ecologico is meer dan een stofzuiger, het is ook een luchtreiniger. Het krachtig
Hepa filter, al gebruikt in de professionele wereld, voor maximale hygiene, stopt
99.99 % van de stofdeeltjes tot 0.3 µ ; t.t.z. fijne stof, stuifmeel, huisstofmijten
en andere microorganismen.

• De drukknop (5) onder de handgreep (3) losmaken (fig.1).
De klep (4) openen en het waterreservoir (6) uit het
apparaat trekken (fig. 2). De filterhouder (17) uittrekken
(fig.3).

tot max (7) als op fig. 4. De hoeveelheid water is circa
1.5l.
• De filterhouder terug in zijn opberg zetten (fig.3). De klep
(4) neerzetten tot het goed sluiten.

De combinatiemondstuk is ook te gebruiken op parket en op

Voor andere doeleinde de aangepaste accessoire kiezen.
De telescoopbuis mag met alle accessoire gebruikt worden
en is zeer nuttig om moeilijke punten te bereiken.

nemen tot aan het einde (fig.7bis). De stekker in een
stopcontact doen.
• Op aan/uit schakelaar (1) duwen (fig. 8), de eerste stand
van de controlelampjes (14) begint te branden.

• Voor meer vermogen op de knop (21) duwen, en ieder druk op de knop (21) gaat het
apparaat een stap hoger.
• Bij ieder stijging van het vermogen gaat een controlelampje meer branden.
• Door op de knop (22) te duwen, gaat het vermogen naar beneden en brandt een lampje
minder.
• Om de pause stand te krijgen, op de knop (20) duwen.

• Droog of vloeistof mogen opgezogen worden. In geval van zeer vuil water gelieve het
water te vervangen als beschreven bij leegmaken en reinigen van het waterreservoir.
Als het waterniveau in het waterreservoir tot maximum komt wordt de opzuiging gestopt
door de vlotter (de motor gaat sneller draaien).
• Om weer te kunnen zuigen gaat U leegmaken en reinigen van waterreservoir volgen, met
het normaal waterniveau in het waterreservoir.

Voor meer hygiëne tijdens de afzuiging bestaat bioecologico, een geparfumeerd
bacteriedodend middel dat natuurlijke middelen tegen allergie bevat.
Het wordt in het water van het waterreservoir (6) van L’ecologico regelmatig toegevoegd
om het ontwikkelen van bacteriën en van microorganismen te voorkomen en om tegen
invloed van allergenen te vechten. Buiten een aktie met meer hygiëne, bioecologico
elimineert nare luchtjes van stof in het water en laat een aangename “schone” geur achter.
Gebruik: 10 ml bij ieder invulling van het waterreservoir.

• Het apparaat uit zetten door op de schakelaar (1) te drukken en de stekker uit het
stopcontact halen. Dit zorgt voor het weer gebruiken van het apparaat met het
veiligheidssysteem.
• Na het zuigen van vloeistof, moet U aandacht brengen bij het openen dat vloeistof nog
in de slang op het Hepa filter niet valt.
• De knop (5) onder de handgreep (3) losmaken (fig. 1).
• De klep (4) openen en het reservoir (6) uit het apparaat trekken (fig. 2).
• De filterhouder (fig. 3) uit trekken en het reservoir leegmaken (fig. 9) en reinigen met
water.

NOTA: De aanwezigheid van water in het reservoir heeft

belangrijkste voordelen van l'Ecologico is het feit dat het apparaat altijd proper is
en niet met een stofzak vol vuil in de kast gezet.

De gepatenteerde Polti flexo aansluiting maakt het zuigen in
moeilijke punten mogelijk zonder hoeven te bukken. De flexo
aansluiting moet tussen het handvat en de telescoopbuis
geplaatst worden met de stuk aan de voorkant te houden.
Om de stand van de aansluiting te veranderen moet U de
cursor (4) draaien.(fig. 10). De aansluiting is nu vrij en maakt
het bewegen van de buis mogelijk (fig. 10).
Na het gebruik de aansluiting weer recht maken en met de
cursor vergrendelen.

• De twee knoppen (9) naar de rooster te samen trekken
(fig. 17). De rooster (8) naar boven trekken (fig. 17).
• Het luchtuigangsfilter (10) verwijderen (fig. 18) en met
een Polti onderdeel vervangen.
• De opening rooster luchtuitgang (10a) naar boven trekken
en het nieuw filter plaatsen als beschreven in fig. 19.
• Voor het gebruik moet u de rooster weer goed plaatsen
met de tong in zijn opberg tot de vergrendeling.
NOTA: het filter is geldig voor circa 100 uur (circa 6
maanden). Bij beschadiging moet U het filter
vervangen zelfs voor 100 uur gebruik. Het filter
moet vlugger vervangt worden waar er veel stof
aanwezig is.

Opgelet ! Het apparaat nooit gebruiken zonder het lezen van de gebruiksaanwijzing.
• Bij eventuele problemen nooit zelf het apparaat proberen te repareren maar ga naar uw
dichtstbijzijnde dealer.
• De elektrische bedrading, waarop het apparaat aangesloten wordt, moet
overeenkomstig zijn met de wet.
• Het apparaat niet te gebruiken door kinderen of door personen die niet op de hoogte
zijn van de werking.
• Om de veiligheid en werking te garanderen dient U alleen originele onderdelen te
gebruiken.
• Het apparaat niet gebruiken na vaststelling van een zichtbaar gebrek aan het snoer of
aan het apparaat.
• De stekker nooit met vochtige handen aanraken.
• Het is verboden om brandbare, chemische, ontplofbare stoffen op te zuigen die

BELANGRIJK
Het apparaat is gefabriceerd volgens de huidige recyclingnormen. We raden u aan het
verpakkingsmateriaal voor bescherming tijdens het transport, niet bij het huisvuil te zetten,
maar het bij het desbetreffende inzamelpunt af te geven.
• De firma POLTI S.p.A. wijst iedere aansprakelijkheid van de hand voor
incidenten die zijn ontstaan doordat de ECOLOGICO AS 808 niet conform de
gebruiksaanwijzing is gebruikt.

O que é o EcoActive-Filter

O que é o filtro HEPA
O l’Ecológico é mais do que um aspirador, também purifica o ar. De fato, está

• Desprenda a alavanca (5) que se encontra por baixo da
alça (3) (Fig.1).
• Levante a tampa (4) e extraia o reservatório da água do
corpo do aparelho (6) (fig.2).
• Extraia a caixa com o flutuante (17) (fig.3). Encha o
reservatório (6) com água da torneira até tapar o indicador
MAX (7) como na figura 4. A quantidade de água é de
cerca 1,5 l.
• Volte a introduzir a caixa do filtro colocando-a na posição
inicial (fig.3).
• Coloque a tampa (4) até alcançar o gatilho.
• Introduza a boca de aspiração do tubo flexível na extensão
(fig.5).
Para a limpeza de soalhos, ligue o tubo telescópico (A) de
aço inoxidável ao tubo flexível. A escova universal para pisos
com cera e, na posição apropriada, para tapetes e carpetes.
Para a sua utilização veja o capítulo "Uso da escova
universal". Para a regulação do tubo telescópico de aço
inoxidável veja o capítulo "Uso do tubo telescópico".
Para a limpeza de outras superfícies escolha o acessório
mais indicado e ligue-o à extensão.
O uso do tubo telescópico é útil para alcançar pontos de
difícil acesso e pode ser utilizado com todos os acessórios.

Desenrole o cabo (13) até extraí-lo completamente do seu
alojamento puxando a plug para si (fig.7bis). Ligue a plug a
uma tomada de corrente idónea.
• Pressione o interruptor geral (1) (fig. 8), a primeira linha
de indicadores luminosos (14) acender-se-á intermitenteFig. 8
mente. O l’Ecológico está então em posição de pausa.
• Pressione o botão (20), O Ecológico iniciará a funcionar
na velocidade mínima, a primeira luz de aviso (14)
permanecerá acesa continuamente.
• Os níveis de potência são quatro. Aconselhamos o uso no
mínimo para cortinas, no médio baixo para sofás, poltronas e almofadas, médio alto para tapetes e alto para
assoalhos e superfícies duras (cerâmica, mármore etc.).
• Para aumentar a velocidade pressione o botão (21), cada pressão exercida no botão
(21) fará aumentar um nível a potência do motor.
• Cada aumento de nível é assinalado pela iluminação de uma fila das luzes de aviso.
• Pressionando o botão (22) o aparelho fará o inverso, a cada pressão diminuirá a potência do motor e apagar-se-á uma fila de luzes.
• Para voltar a colocar o aparelho na posição de pausa, pressione o botão (20).
• Para recomeçar a aspirar pressionar novamente o botão (20).
ASPIRAÇÃO DE SÓLIDOS OU DE LÍQUIDOS
• Durante a utilização do aparelho podem-se aspirar indiferentemente pós ou líquidos.
Em todo o caso se a água se apresentar muito suja, substitua-a como descrito no capítulo "Esvaziamento e Limpeza do Reservatório da Água". Quando no reservatório da água
(6) a sujeira aspirada atingir o nível máximo consentido, a aspiração é bloqueada automaticamente pelo flutuante de segurança apropriado (notar-se-á um aumento do número
de rotações do motor).
• Para voltar a efetuar as operações de limpeza proceda como ilustrado no capítulo
"Esvaziamento e Limpeza do Reservatório", e encha em seguida o reservatório da água
até ao nível indicado.

Para higienizar enquanto aspira existe o Bioecológico, um bactericida perfumado, com
substâncias anti-alérgicas de base natural. Ao juntar o Bioecológico regularmente à água
com que enche o depósito de água (6) do L’ecologico, impedirá a proliferação de
bactérias e microorganismos inibindo a acção dos alérgenos.
Para além de garantir uma acção higienizante, o Bioecológico elimina os odores devidos
à existência de pó na água, deixando o ambiente limpo e perfumado agradavelmente.
Utilização: Juntar 10 ml cada vez que encher o depósito.
O Bioecológico poderá ser adquirido nas lojas de Electrodomésticos e em qualquer
Serviço de assistência Técnica POLTI.

• Desligue o aparelho carregando no interruptor geral (1) e desligue o cabo de
alimentação da tomada da corrente eléctrica. Esta precaução permite para além do
arranque do aparelho o arranque do dispositivo de segurança.
• Se aspirou líquidos, tenha atenção na abertura do reservatório para que o líquido que
ainda está nos tubos de aspiração não vá para o filtro Hepa.
• Desprenda a alavanca (5) que se encontra debaixo da alça (3) (fig.1).
• Levante a tampa (4) e o reservatório do corpo do aparelho (6) (fig.2).
• Extraia a caixa filtro (fig.3) e despeje o reservatório Fig. 9
inclinando-o pela parte do bico (fig.9) e enxagúe-o.
• No caso de desejar continuar a trabalhar encha o
reservatório da água até ao nível indicado.
• Volte a introduzir a caixa do filtro e coloque tudo no
aparelho.
• Feche a tampa até alcançar o gatilho.
• O aparelho está assim pronto para ser guardado.
Nota: a permanência de água no reservatório não prejudica o aparelho mas é sempre
melhor esvaziá-lo antes de guarda-lo. Uma das grandes vantagens de O l’Ecológico
é precisamente a possibilidade de se poder guardar limpo, ao contrário dos
aspiradores com saco que se guardam juntamente com a sujeira.
USO DA ARTICULAÇÃO “FLEXO” (I) (de opção)
Esta articulação especial - com a patente exclusiva Polti permite alcançar os pontos mais difíceis sem ter de se
inclinar. Introduza a articulação Flexo entre a alça e o tubo
telescópico mantendo o entalhe na parte frontal da alça.
Para mudar a inclinação gire o cursor (Y) (fig.10) meia volta.
Aparece a articulação que permitirá variar a inclinação do
tubo fig.10. Ao acabar as operações volte a colocar a
articulação na posição original, tape com o cursor para
bloquea-lo nessa posição.

O alojamento dos acessórios permite fixar os acessórios no
corpo do aparelho ou na empunhadura.
Instalação na empunhadura: Introduza uma das argolas do
alojamento dos acessórios na empunhadura. Introduza nas
argolas os acessórios que pretende ter à mão.
Arrumação no corpo do aparelho: Faça deslizar a ranhura
na calha do alojamento dos acessórios que se encontra na
parte de trás do aparelho como na figura 11, fixando os acessórios como acima descrito.

Antes de efetuar qualquer tipo de manutenção verifique que
o cabo de alimentação esteja desligado da tomada de
corrente eléctrica.
Limpeza da caixa do filtro de água "EcoActive-Filter"
Aconselhamos que a limpeza seja efetuada após cada
utilização.
• Desprenda a alavanca (5) que se encontra debaixo da
alça (3) e levante a tampa (4) (fig.1).

• Extraia a caixa do filtro (17) puxando-a para cima (fig.3)
• Despeje o reservatório da água (6) com a sujeira aspirada
inclinando-o pela parte do bico (fig.9).

• Puxe para cima o filtro de esponja (16) da caixa do filtro
(17) e enxagúe todo o grupo com água corrente.
• Controle se o flutuante (W) (fig.15) está sujo ou está
bloqueado e nesse caso lave-o com água corrente.
• Volte a colocar corretamente a caixa do filtro no
reservatório.

Limpeza ou Substituição do filtro de esponja (17b)
• Retirar o tubo (17c) de caixa do filtro que se vai substituir.
• Separar o corpo do filtro (17a) da tampa (16).
• Retirar o filtro de esponja (17b) do corpo. No caso do filtro
de esponja apresentar lacerações, é necessário efectuar
a sua troca.
• Passar todos os componentes por água corrente.
• Voltar a colocar o filtro repetindo a operação no sentido contrário a como procedeu
para desmontá-lo. Verificar se o filtro (17c) fica ligado correctamente.
• No caso de substituição utilizar recambios Polti.
Substituição do filtro HEPA
• Desprenda a alavanca (5) que se encontra debaixo da alça (3) e levante a tampa (4).
• Extraia o filtro HEPA do seu alojamento (Fig. 16) e substitua-o por um outro original Polti.
Nota: a duração do filtro é de aproximadamente 100 horas (de 6 em 6 meses
aproximadamente) para uma utilização normal, em ambiente doméstico. No caso
de uma quebra sensível de aspiração efetue a substituição do filtro mesmo antes
de 100 horas.

Substituição do filtro de saída do ar
• Remover as travas (9) ao mesmo tempo que a grade
(Fig. 17).
• Removidos os bloqueios, levantar a grade (8).
• Retirar o filtro de saída de ar (10) (Fig. 18) e substituí-lo
por uma peça original Polti.
• Antes de ligar o aparelho voltar a colocar a grade inserindo
a lingueta no encaixe previsto e pressionar até notar que
ficou encaixado.
Nota: a duração do filtro é de aproximadamente 100 horas
(de 6 em 6 meses aproximadamente). No caso do
filtro apresentar lacerações efectue a sua
substituição mesmo antes de 100 horas. Se o
aparelho é utilizado em ambientes com muito pó
aconselha-se a substituir mais vezes o filtro.

• É proibido o uso do aparelho em ambientes onde é possível o perigo de explosões.
• Não aspire objectos em chamas ou incandescentes, como brasas, cinzas ou outros
materiais em fase de combustão.
• Se durante a aspiração se verificar uma saída de líquido ou de espuma desligue o
aparelho e contate com um Posto de Assistência Técnica Autorizada Polti.
